Robot Kingdom Customer Service

I was just curious if anyone had ordered items from them and then had to return them? I just want to know what I'm getting into as far as how responsive they are and helpful?

*sighs* You're in for a ride.

If you get lucky, they'll respond within a week, 10 days. (No, I'm not kidding.)
If it's their fault, they'll ignore you if they want to.
Don't be surprised if you have to get PayPal involved.
If you were lucky enough to use a credit card, you can have them fight it as well.

PayPal sided in my favor, but couldn't get the money out of them, and after all that, they finally emailed me and we found a resolution, but this was a long, long time. We're talking weeks before it was all resolved and finalized.

So I got an order of 9 figures...and 5 of them were the wrong figure. Some of which I already have or have more coming. So I'm guessing I should go ahead and call paypal now?

Ah, I had the wrong figure arrive as well. How long has it been since you've contact Robot Kingdom and how long has it been since you've received your package?

Sometimes PayPal can make you wait a week. Sometimes it's instant.

I would give them 48 hours to respond. If you hear nothing by that time, then make a complaint to PayPal.

im trying to decide if its easier just to sell the items and then use the money i get back to buy what i want. I mean its Generations 2011 Wave 2. I would think I could sell the four pack on ebay for like 65.00. Then the thrust ill just exchange at walmart or target for the dirge i need.

I'm disappointed to hear about this. I was planning on ordering some Encores from them. We'll see now.

Well It Is Him, I have ordered before and had no issues whatsoever. I found a local Target that has the Dirge I wanted and ordered, so I'm just going to take the Thrust they gave me there and exchange it tomorrow. As far and the other four... What happened was I ordered the Reveal the Shield wave with Perceptor and Wreck-Gar etc. I got the Generations wave with Kup and Scourge instead. The RtS was in-stock when i ordered so I dont know what happened. though it is out of stock now which kinda pisses me off since i dont know if they can get another anytime soon. and i dont really want to pay the shipping costs to send the other ones back, though they claim to reimburse you

That stinks, and I'd be frustrated, too. I just quickly googled for some bad customer service stories, but couldn't really find anything. It seems like Robotkingdom has a good reputation online. Hopefully they'll help you out.

on a plus note i did finally get my Animated Shockwave. Which is fantastic and being near Ultra size in shockwave mode makes him look that much better.

I had to cancel an order for a 2010 Predaking and they were great and refunded my money straight away (I cancelled the order within 12 hours of making it because I found it for the same price here in Japan).
