ok,got Arcee in hand today
since I don't like the sidecar idea so I didn't put it on vehicle mode
the triangular combine is true, but it's so hard to figure out what the final combined mode is.Since their connects are not on same height level so it's impossible back to back.I'm afraid even we get all 3 members we still can't figure out the combine mode without instruction

Hmmm the alt modes look nice, but I still think I'll need to see more before I decide whether or not to poke my eyes out so that I never have to suffer looking at those ugly bot modes every again.

I think these guys will look interesting on screen but that the toys fail to capture it.
I think trying to combine them without instructions is a waste of time and I hope very much that s250 has got this totally wrong! It just looks like motorcycle gymnastics!

actualy after playing with chromia a lot, i found a way to turn her into what looks solidly like a leg with part of a body, so ya I dont think this image of them is quite right, but probably the only way to make them work without the third. guess we will have to wait for #3 or the movie to find out what the full gestalt looks like.

Re: ROTF Deluxe Arcee images
After seeing these pics, I'm convinced that the sisters don't combine to form Arcee. I saw a bit in the comic that shows a sentence being said between the three of them. I'm thinking that Arcee's personality is divided amongst the three bots, one mind controlling 3 bodies is what I'm leaning towards with the way Arcee will be portrayed. Besides, I have Chromia, and no where in her instructions does it show that she can combine with anybody. And with every other combiner released in the past, each component's instructions showed how it combined.

From ToplessRobot.com:• "Watching Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is marginally better than sh***ing your pants, but it takes a lot longer." Very well put.

I'd been hoping so much for the first Triobot, having pushed and shouted for a (possibly red & white) Duobot Arcee in the first film before Bay was even onboard for Transformers originally, but if there is to be a motorcycle combo present, after seeing those images I don't think it'll be in the Deluxe figures. I just don't see how. That attempt made in the pic to put them together looks like robo-porn tailpipe tossing or something. Maybe the comic went off of old/early info and there is no unimind or combination to be had, just three moto-fembots now, thus the names. OR this could be a case like what we have with RotF Devastator where there's the individual release of Arcee's components (each unit named for clarity) and later there'll be a set that just goes from cycles to combined form.
And, for the record, having Chromia in hand I rather like the item. It's not the best fembot design ever, but its sleek & slender and I've always dug the wheelfeet/wheelfoot for the occasional item. Not to keen on the name Chromia being used, or the fact (Ani BA, upcoming Animated Arcee excluded, and the Thunderblast mold excluded) the majority of fembots we get are motorcycles, but again I do like the figure.

Leader Prime does not have the instructions for combining with Jetfire either.
I'm wondering if that is being held back so as to not be a spoiler.
But if the bikes don't combine, I don't want them.
I'm just not interested in the wonky individual modes.

Red and Blue will make up the legs. The third one will be the head and probably the right side.
Look at how Arcee looks with the stand on her wheel in bot mode, Chromia too. They make for pretty good feet there...

Why didn't they just use the first Arcee?
There is nothing wrong with her! These fembots just look stupid!

Probably because it can't combine with the other 2 motorcycles.
Its all about the gimmick.
Anyway, I keep getting more and more intrigued with these guys.
I swore I would not buy Chromia, but now, I'm starting to think I want them. If only to finally figure out how they combine.

Re: ROTF Deluxe Arcee images
I really have to say "What a dissapointment"! So many people where looking forward to this gestault/combiner toy. From what I understand is this is an unfinished product. Two of the three combiner bikes is all we get! Instead of just canceling/delaying the figures you give us a repaint in place of the final 3rd piece! I really hope all this is just a false rumor! Now I understand that some major engineering is going into these toys and must have a cost impact, but when you have such a large scale project (The Movie) and fan dedication I would think that this sort of mistake could have been avoided. The issue we have with Universe Galvatron being unfinished was startling to me. Another example is supreme Devastator combining the way it does with no robot modes and Universe Hot Shot having his weapons taken away! It is obvious that there is a conflict of common interest between Hasbro, Takara, The Movie Franchise, and the consumer. The lack of quality control and coordination is becoming more and more obvious. On a final note: Just make sure basic release Transformers keep there magic! ie: (transform properly between both modes, good color applications, and HAVE NO LEFT OVER PARTS/UNFINISHED IDEAS)

Finally hit 500!

The bike modes are awesome but the robot mode just kills the figures. They look like snakebots on wheels. Are the figures suppose to combine? By now youd think we'd have heard something about the 3 bot and/or the figure combination. Only way ill get these is if the combined form looks good. I doubt it but you never know.

Re: ROTF Deluxe Arcee images
I could understand them wanting to keep the combiner thing a surprise (and would seem as good an idea as any why Michael Bay was bragging that he kills off Arcee right away), but if that is the case they would've been better off keeping all three figures a secret until it was revealed. Seeing just two of them makes me think that this is all we're going to get.

I hope Arcee combines, when I was reading the Novelization it seemed like they combined at a part in the book.

I'm hearing the purple motorcycle holds the key to the final transformation! Just like i'm hearing Jetfire holds the key with combining with Prime! just have to wait and see...
