I was looking at my two version of the ROTF Legends Prime mold, each more movie accurate than the other in its own way. One, Fireburst Prime, is the only version of the mold to have blue back panels, but has a gray nose section. The K-mart 5-pack version was nearly all red, and hence had the right-colored nose section and a nice metallic grille. So, I decided to do a quick legswap. The result was beautiful.
Unfortunately, he now looks LESS movie accurate in robot mode than either version of the mold. And because of the deco of each, he no longer has an Autobot symbol. (K-mart's had one on the hood of the cab, and the Fireburst one had one on the hip.)
But, that's a sacrifice I'm more than willing to make for what I believe to be
the most movie-accurate ROTF Legends Prime out there. (You know, except for the Takara releases.)
