ROTF Optimus prime deal or no?

Posted by Kentronics Tue Jul 19, 2011 2:53 pm

Well I can get an Optimus Prime ROTF leader class for about $60 is that worth it considering they don't make it anymore in 2011.

PS - I am very new at this collecting thing!

I say buy it. Believe it or not, it's actually cheaper than when I bought it during its original release.

I have both, they each cost almost $50. That BBTS price is a good deal, unless you absolutely have to have the blades.

I would say stick with ROTF Version can't beat it but have a good look around first before you pay $60, to me the HOOK optimus looked realy cheap the battle damage we had in the UK just had black strip of paint down one side of his face  .

im trying to decide if i should buy it too. i have the original movie prime, but this one is much more movie accurate. i believe kmart has it on sale on their website, if it is in stock, for half the price. also the transformer website has it, just search transformers leader class optimus prime. its the original sale price. (44 dollars)

Edit: i just checked their website, and i guess its not on there anymore.

Agreed. I wouldn't mind if it had neither hooks or blades, actually.

looks like you can get the battle hooks for an average of 30 bucks. I decided i want this figure, i like the original rotf leader optimus better, w/ out the battle damage, but i'm not paying eighty bucks for it.
