You know, there's really only so much Devastator I can handle and we're WAY past that point. Everytime a new construction vehicle TF comes out everyone starts crying "Why isn't it Green?" Possibly because that green is butt ugly for one thing...I understand the whole mythos thing. I have two Devastator sets myself (G1) and he was kind of a favorite, but he wasn't all that sturdy and made no sense to me: all the extra parts were REALLY annoying and had a tendency to disappear. I'll be honest, if we are looking for more realistic alt modes, we aren't going to see green vehicles. With all the road construction in my area (and believe me there is a sh!tload) I have yet to see a green construction vehicle. In fact, I have NEVER seen a green construction vehicle. I just would like to see some variety. Every line that comes out anymore HAS to have DINOBOTS and GREEN CONSTRUCTION TRANSFORMERS. Maybe we need to let them try some different things...

Although not all construction vehicles are green, many construction vehicles are indeed green just like the G1 set. There's a construction site I see on the highway when I go to take guitar lessons where I've seen a lot of green construction vehicles, and I remember thinking "there's the G1 constructicons!" when I noticed them the first time. I'm sure those aren't the only ones that exist in green.

I know it's bogus, but the idea of having another G1 gestalt release excite me very much. I hope it's true, Devastator....the 1st TF gestalt.

I'm torn about getting this (if its real) as I got a set on Consts but age is showing on heir paint and some have joint stiffness or are loose. I passed on Bruticus because I got a team and it was in geat shape, Just needs new stickers.Plus the defects I hear about make my purchase of them then more justified. Honestly, I do this for the Constructicons because they've always been my favorite Gestalt team, tough the Bruticus toy far surpasses the toy version. I'm actualy now gonna hold off on Menasor, Abominus, Piahancron and the Autobot gestalts... just in case.

BTW, has anyone noticed why this is being released(if true) now?

Encore Devastator will be a logical choice after the movie and Skids Encore.

I hope the rumour is true, Devastator G1 is my favorite transformers of all time, so I will purchase it to keep it MIB.

Even though G1 Devastator is a brick with arms I do hope that this is true, I would rather have Devastator over Bruticus/Ruination because I got so many of the Combaticons and I'm sick of those guys.

Its seems reasonable to me, that Takara would release Devastator in the Encore line.

Heck I'd probably pick him up if it turns out to be correct.

With that said, I so want to see a Stunticon Gift Set.

That be sweet if they do come out with Encore Devastator. If they're releasing Encore Bruticus, they might as well release Encores of the rest of the Combiners/Gestalts.

I recently picked up the original G1 Constructicons in a trade, but they're missing the parts to form Devastator and they're really not in the greatest shape. So it be neat to have an Encore Devastator set to replace them.

Rattrap I don't understand. If you've based that off of him missing from the Beast Wars reissue line, it's merely a matter of size. Rattrap was a basic, while the rest were all deluxes, so Transmetal Rattrap, also a deluxe, was chosen instead.

Then we'll word-filer the webaddress 78dm.net to be replaced with those characters.

(I figured this was fake...packaging, pictures etc...they can all be faked, but release schedules and deal info? not so much)

Most if not all of the Beast Wars basic molds are gone. Hasbro has stated this outright. No speculation about it.

This broken list/stolen list is not really applicable. I asked Aaron Archer about them remaking figures from broken mods and he said once the figure has been made it is so easy to reproduce a mold.
