Hi guys just curious to know as to why the samurai prowl in this picture http://www.seibertron.com/images/produc ... prowl1.jpg
Has 2 side car wheels? The one I picked up in Chatswood TRU only came with one and no shield at all and some of my friends who also have it didn't get it either so my question is.
1/ Is this a kit bash and if so why is it being represented on the forums as part of the figure when you go into the section of which shops the figure is at to buy it.
2/ Was this one of those extras that you can buy online.
Or
3/ Is this how the American figure comes out. It would be stupid for America and Australia to get the same figure but missing something from it but still I am very curious as I would love for my samurai prowl to be able to have that shield since it was in the show.

I don't understand why it is in the wrong section but if mods could move it that would be awesome.

Also thanks for the heads up but at the same point of time you could of answered the question. Any one of you guys could of, instead of reading the thread please answer it as I would like to know why he is like this

It's in the wrong forum as it's a question about a Transformers toy so it belongs in the Toys forum. I didn't answer the question because I don't own a Samurai Prowl (but I do want one)

Well, Auto-Aussie, I don't have one, but I've looked at it in-package and It has two wheels. I think you got a mispackage.

This is form Seib's official galleries.

The official samurai Prowl comes with a single tire on the side car.

People have bought a second prowl to donate a second tire for robot mode, but Prowl only comes with one In America and everywhere else.

The picture you linked to appears to be a Hasbro official Product image. Hasbro sometimes decides to change things on figures after official photography has been completed. which then leads to differences from package photo to final product. Which is why there's always a legend in Hasbro packaging: "Colors and Product may vary".

If you look closely at the picture on the package you can see that he does in fact have what appears to be a second tire on his right arm. Its almost cut off at the edge, but you can still make out the gray wheel on his arm.

I would assume at some point Hasbro intended to give Prowl a second tire, but then scrapped the idea.

Looks like it's just an inaccurate image.

As far as I know, the sidecar has one wheel, on every version.

you can remove the screw from the blade side, and make two halves. However, as far as them both holding on his forearms, I have no answer.

Tried doing that and it dosn't work out all. the screw holds them both together and there is no possible way for it to go in on the other side and look like those 2 wheels.

I think they intended for the wheel to split and attach to both arms, but then changed it.

Well I really hate the fact that they decided to cancel it after the fact that they had already put the picture out there and the shows character has it as well makes me hate this matter even more so. It looks like the only way to do it is to go out there and buy another damn samurai prowl, and what are people meant to do with a second samurai prowl that dosn't even have shuriken discs either.

buy a 3rd original Prowl and give one the shurikens, one the traffic light, and one the 2 wheels. Now you have and armed and dangerous Prowl army.

Lol That is true but nah I think I just have to try and find another one and well I don't know kitbash it or something I guess. Pity though he didn't originally come with 2 wheels.
