Scalpel fixed?

I was checking to see if anyone knows if hasbro has fixed Scalpel's leg sockets yet. I know in the past they have done revisions to molds to fix errors but haven't heard anything about this. I really do not want to have to modify one just to get it to the standard that it should have been.
