Hey dude, you really did a great job so far. I don't see why you should get discouraged after looking at other people's works, it should work the other way around. When I first decided to become a professional sculptor my idol and role model was and still is master sculptor Hajime Takashima from Studio Halfeye. I'm still nowhere near his level and I can tell you that the stuff he makes by hand are neater and a couple more times as complex then my HOS prime. U're doing good, just keep on going.

I agree with the others here. All you can do is the best you can do right now. I always looked up to Bill's work and it inspired me to want to do better. Just because your work isn't as detailed or complex doesn't mean it's not amazing work.

Yeah you guys are right, I'm too self-critical. I don't mean to whine. FB is not yet fully painted but I will post a few teaser shots this weekend. Thanks fellows.

For a scratch built car, I think it looks great. Don't get discouraged at how good someone's else's work is, get ENcouraged to try to reach new levels. I'm looking forward to this bot's robot mode.

Some Teaser shots
As promised here are two teaser shots of the unfinished car mode. The pieces are just sitting there for now, not glued or anything.

OK fellows, at long last, a teaser shot of the robot mode. He's not yet fully painted, and I must add the time travel gizmos. Enjoy.

Not bad for a firs scratch build. Still haven't tried to do one myself. I'd say add some more details to the face maybe, and maybe some detail apps to the abdomen section. You said your not done painting so hard to say before its completed. Overall though I like it alot.

Thanks everyone. Yes I plan to detail him a lot more, with abs like a Flux Capacitor lol. I'd like to build up the head a little more also, and give him a shoulder launcher.

Been awhile since I've checked on this site, looks like Flashback is coming along nicely. The two pics of him him in Time Machine mode don't show up in your links anymore and I'd love to see them! Any more progress since your last post?

Nice work. If I am to have one impossible wish, it would be a Delorean Transformer done in the Alternator style.
