Scrounge is a pretty obscure character who only appeared in the TF comics, so he never had a toy (and I'm not even sure how many people even know he exists). He was a wannabe spy who got captured and killed by Decepticons; that's really the only thing he ever did. The original one turned into a single wheel, but that's much easier to do on paper than in real life, so when I decided to make one I chose the Minicon motorcycle Dirt Rocket (should've taken some picture pre-'bash to show the comparison):

I remember Scrounge! Loved that character. Though I was the only one.
Good choice with Dirt Rocket. Very fun little figure. I always buy one when I come across one, for doing repaints and stuff.
