Hey guys, I just finished designing and building a little SD (Super Deformed) version of the Vehicon from TF:Prime. The template is free to download from my blog if interested in having one of your own

Knockout's going to be so cute...
I like these though! Their faces are really 3D as apposed to being boxy like alot of others I have seen. Not from you, you impress, but I just hate cubycraft and stuff like that. It's like "Hey, we texture 3D boxes! Print dis ****!" I'm just glad someone's bringing something fresh to the table!

Thanks a lot! Yeah, I personally can't stand the cubycraft stuff either. I see so many of those that are actually done in MSpaint and it makes me sad. Granted I could pump out models by the handful if I went that route but I think having unique "engineering" for each model is important in keeping things fresh and interesting

So, I downloaded your vehicon design, but I dont know how this would work with normal paper. Will it? Or do I need something stronger, like poster board? all I have is paper...

hmmn... not sure mate... I'd be interested to know if it will work or not. I always use cardstock for my papercraft stuff (110#) so I didn't really think about how it would turn out w/ thinner paper :/
If you do go for it, let me know and I'll add an update to the blog post.
