i would have, but by the time i actually saw BBTS's listing it was sold out. and i watch the big web stores pretty closely.xyl360 wrote:I'm amazed at the pricing for the SDCC Dinobots on BBTS. It's going for $300 and is actually sold out. I know they look wonderful and all, but that's around the same price as a 3rd party combiner for 4 bots and a cardboard playset ($75 per figure for a Deluxe those doing the math). Did anyone here actually put in a preorder for that?

the only thing that worries me about takara is that they wont actually give us a full set. and i think i actually like the SDCC ones better anyways. the color placement on takaras are better so far, but hasbros use of chrome was done beautifully.

Besides... this is probably the only use of that awful Jazz mold that I will ever find acceptable.

I think its more than just the toys because they are not selling for high prices out of the set. Its about the record and the poster and just the set as a whole. The toys are almost secondary in nature which goes against the point to me but to each's own.
If anyone cares, here are the listings I am using for my inference:

I know you are being cheeky here but I found generations sideswipe to be a pretty good use of the mold

This is awesome! We finally have an updated version of Superion and Menasor! What about Predaking (The combiner) and Defensor though...?
In that case, I'm hoping that we get all combiners ever shown throughout all of the Transformers in this line.

Yeah, for Legends figures. Alpha Bravo probably won't fit on the helipad, if that's what you're implying.

Suck it in, Alpha Bravo!![]()
Generations Metroplex actually has two helipads, on in his vehicle mode and a larger one in his city mode. The one in city mode might barely be able to accommodate a deluxe.

There ought to be a TF team that's all named after military jargon.

Yeah, I kinda cheated with my use of "Dog" since that's from an older version before "Delta" replaced it.Mindmaster wrote:Shuttershock wrote:Noideaforaname wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Roger that Charlie Dog One Niner Niner Niner. Alpha Bravo wilco, over and out.

As an aspiring military guy, I can confirm that "Vector Sigma" is not military jargon.
