Trying to decide what to do with my newly acquired Classics Nemesis Prime. I am not sure if I should go the Shadow Commander route or the P.E. TAW God Sword route. I have experience with Shadow Commander via City Commander but I don't have experience with the God Sword set other than video reviews. Anybody who has their Nemesis Prime in the TAW set up? Opinions on either set?

Shadow Commander

Not sure about Shadow Commander because it basically turns Nemesis Prime into an Evil Ultra Magnus and I don't know if I need an evil Ultra Magnus in my collection.

TAW God Sword

Not sure exactly what this represents but it looks cool.

I'd say both but that could be pricey

Seriously though, I prefer the God Sword route. I've always found the City Commander set to be too bulky for my taste though, so I'm a little biased.

I'd go with Shadow Commander. More bang for your buck. TGS has been tempting to me in the past, but it's just so overpriced ...

Both if you wallet allows. But if you really have to choose, I'll say Shadow Commander

The God Sword has always been a want for me but I have never been able to pull the trigger. The fact that the quality is iffy at best and the handle fits loosely in his hand is a deal breaker. I've got to go with Shadow Commander.

Thanks to all for the responses. Haven't made up my mind but I do already have one Shadow Warrior, I would have to pick up another though.

Shadow Commander. Just buy it and be happy. I got it when it was $90 and I don't regret it.

My question to you is, do you have any version of the City Commander mold? If not, then I say DEFINITELY go for Shadow Commander. Everyone needs at least one version of that mold, and I don't know anyone that's regretted it

Yes, the figure in full-armor mode can be a bit bulky, but it's really not as bad as I've heard people claim it is. Plus, I'm sure it's cheaper than the God Sword, like woah.

After you have him in your hands, start saving up for the God Sword. The way it's priced, I don't think they're going to be selling out anytime soon, so you've got some time.

If you really want another then go for it dude. If you got the Magnus armor like I do then you got your Magnus and that's all you need. If you decide to get the D.I.A. Commander then I get it you have your Diaclone Magnus. But first City Commander is perfect enough for me.

I did get the TAW God Sword Magnus version but it is just awesome with Omega Prime with GOD SWORD. I also got the TAW Nemesis sword which I dubbed Chaos Sword and I love it with Nemesis Convoy without the armor. Yeah the handle is a bit loose but the way I got him posed is top-shelf! I wish I could post a pic but no cam. You have to get at least one God Sword, it's totally worth it...'nuff said! :VEHI:
