I know. Although AmiAni IS a fav. I just like using the word e-tailors. E-dealers, e-pushers, e-nablers, e-peddlers what have you.william-james88 wrote:shajaki wrote:Wow guys, lotsa replies. I'ma have to wait till after work to give it proper attention.
But if I may answer one question...The last one was Armadatron and Black Convoy right? I recall it being pretty quick, a week or less.Cobotron wrote:Damn it Jak! You know what? Actually what I came here for was to ask a question.
With Tokyo Toy Fare this weekend, what do you think the turn around will be for Loudmouth arriving at our favorite e-tailors? You think he's already shipped from Japan/where ever the factory is?
Rhinox, Rattrap and Waspinator are also show exclusives for that show and they already came out at BBTS. And just being sure cobo, what do you mean by favourite e-tailers? Amiami and the other japanese stores wont be carrying these. Wherever the preorders for Loudmouth are right now is where you can get him.

Paying right away, I get. But most of the time, a pre-order pops up when I can't pay up and I'm no gambler. Admittedly, the only pre-orders the disappear fast are TAV for some reason. I could probably wait on most others, but it churns my stomach.
Where do you get all the Hasbro SKU's?
I don't follow... how do you find that?william-james88 wrote:I get my hasbro SKUs from TRU.ca. They usually list the product online as a listing with no current availability before it shows up in stores

shajaki wrote:Oh, right. I knew that, but I meant how do you find the SKU's of ones not on the site? Sometimes they're months behind on listing figures.
Yes, no, sorta? I tend to pick up stuff at random when when it goes on sale. I have growing PoL/stacks at bbts and TFs. With my limited budget sometimes I blow my wad as something cool comes out. Japanese imports just don't work for me because I never have the funds when the pre-orders are available. So I have to pay the "when it's convenient tax" .shajaki wrote:Does this happen to you guys as much as it does me?
Perfect example; that set went up on amazon for an acceptable price just as TFS wanted money for MP WJ. And who wouldn't get an MP Willy James over that platty set?Cobotron wrote:Example: One shall stand yadda yadda Platinum set. It looks so COOL! That Megatron is the hot dopeness, but there is NO reason I need that set. I'm perfectly content with the versions I do have. Although I won't sleep til Cary has that set in his grimy little Southern paws!

Did you find this post helpful?
Did it even remotely answer your question?
Did Blowbotron come off as a blowhard?
Did you have a nice breakfast?
Were you able to squeeze out a nice morning log before rushing off to work?
Thank you for your time.
sincerely,

And see, I can't stand that. I think so much about the ones that got away, it eats at my soul. Like, a year ago, I hummed and hawed about a set of E-Hobby Cobalt Sentries for a CAD shipped price of 60 bucks, and now I can't find one for under 200carytheone wrote:So I have to pay the "when it's convenient tax" .
I feel the pain Densh. I saw that sale and desperately want a second set to display separately, but will likely not be able to fund that venture.Ironhidensh wrote:I'm fighting the urge to pick up an Unite Warriors Devastator on the HLJ sale right now. If it's still available next payday, it's bought.

I, too, also liked X-Men: Apocalypse as well.shajaki wrote:Just got home from Apocalypse.
Even with the consistent greatness that is Marvel Studios and the Avengers franchise, I think my favorite super hero movie is First Class. And while the next installment (Days of Future Past) was great, it felt like it was simply a means to an end. However the Quicksilver scene it had was one of the greatest single scenes I've EVER witnessed in a movie.
So where do I stand on Apocalypse? I really feel that they recaptured the magic from First Class, and expanded on it. It had an incredible amount of heart to it, much like FC, and was just.... wow. No spoilers. Just go see it

So what did it end up being after the $50 to ship? If it's under $200 total, I say buy it!!Ironhidensh wrote:And it's 50 **** dollars to ship it. Hasbro Devastator was MSRPd at $179.99 (like the SDCC version AND SDCC Fort Max!!), I think I paid around $120 for mine at TRU after coupon/rewards.william-james88 wrote:Yeah it s definitely below 200$. It ends up being about the price that Hasbro Devy first sold at plus tax right?itscramtastic wrote:So what did it end up being after the $50 to ship?
