Shockwave?
- Weapon: Triple Crusher Cannon
I need a Shockwave in my collection. Most of my pieces are from ROtf, Animated and Universe 2.0. Which toy would best be suited to my collection?

G1 shockwave is the best....
Maybe Alternator Shockblast can be an alternative?

Energon Shockblast all the way.
There was a thread about this not too long ago.

Energon Shockblast will probably fit in better with Animated or Universe figures than any other version of the character. But really, there's never been a bad Shockwave figure, something that few characters can attest to. Sadly, there's also not very many Shockwave figures to choose from.

You have three totally different styles of TF in your collection but I think the Energon figure is you best bet, or TFA Shockwave of course.

1) Energon Shockblast-the best Shockwave/blast toy period.
2) G1 Shockwave-A great toy if you find and afford it, while it not the most articulate TF toy by any stretch but a fun toy.
3) TFA Shockwave/Longarm Prime-IMHO this toy would have been a LOT better if Hasbro had just made Shockwave and not have bothered to add Longarm Prime which feels out of place and generally not a lot of fun.
I never got Alternator Shockwave but then again I never cared that much for the Alternators/Binaltech line to begin with, so chances are that I probably wouldn't have cared liked it anyway.
