Should I by Leader Brawl or wait for NW Prime

You guys are picking on Brawl because he was plagued with monster movie syndrome? If Brawl would have been in the opening scene, he would have been an unstoppable force. It took 4 Autobots and all of the humans 10min to take down Brawl, it only took 1 crotch shot with a grenade launcher and a missile from above to kill Blackout. Did Blackout even fire a weapon in the final battle scene? I know he walked around a lot. Even Megs fell victim to monster movie syndrome when he couldn't catch a 5'10" human running up 13 flights of stairs.
Buy LDR Prime if you are a TF fan. Buy Brawl if you are a fan of badass, heavily armed, war machine robots lover.

I like Leader Brawl. The only faults I have found are that the head automorph in tank mode is very touchy and you have to apply some force to lock it down. The gun barrels come off a bit too easily, and I wish he was a bit shorter only because Megatron should be much taller than Brawl but he is not. I could also do without the clear parts.
Otherwise, the bot mode is excellent and tank mode is good too. The sounds are appropriate and transformation, although a bit difficult at first, is fairly easy once you have transformed it the first time.

If you don't have regular Leader Prime, I'd say go for Brawl. Otherwise, Leader Prime would probably make you happier in the long run.
Or save up and get both

Not to get involved, but I guess I'm gonna.
If you have that many figs, good for you if you earned them. I'm jelious just because I'm a pretty good bot hunter and have found nodda

As for that coment about wasting money, well, I earn a pretty good check, and I work hard for it. If I sold my TF collection today, I could go buy a house tomorrow. But then what would I fill it with?
I wasns't born privledged. I worked for every little thing I have. As a kid, I always wanted this stuff, but my parents always felt it more important to keep dinner on the table for me and my 8 brothers and sisters.
I never whined about not having all the things that my friends and classmates had though. I also started working at a very young age.
Why, because my parents always told me when they had to say no to something, "when you have your own money, you can spend it how you want".
Some of my siblings went for houses, some for travel, some for cars. Me I went for toys, cause thats what I want.
This is what makes me happy, I'm grown, responsible, and hard working. I buy TFs, DVDs, and tons of crap, just to again, make me happy. However, I'm no horder or scalper.
But to get to the point and address your topic about people having money and spending on things they don't need, well, all one realy needs is food, air, drink, and shelter. Anything else is a needful thing.
If it makes someone happy to have 1 or 100 of something is just their pleasure, and if they work for it, I don't see why they can't enjoy what they earned. As for spending money needlessly, look to yourself before you speak, and see if you realy need most of which you have.

Owning both now I say to buy neither and hunt down DVD Prime/20th Prime, Cybertron Prime, and pretty much any other figure that was a tank...
I just am not a fan of a lot of the movie line. I just fidgeted with Brawl for about an hour, and I want my $40 back. Leader Prime? Transformed once and stands on my Prime shelf. I just do not like them.
Maybe I'm starting to dislike TFs in general.

Sad to hear, but I can relate. I have thousands, and outside of the rare few, QC on TFs has become a joke on both Hasbro and Takaras end.
With the movie line pretty much done, and TFA being a kiddie farce, I've been turning my attentions towards filling the holes in my G1 collection. These figs are pricey, and due to them being vintage I can understand that. But I just got both G1 6 changers, figured out all the modes on each plus some new ones in a combined total of 12 minutes.
Pannel flips make for poor transformations. With shipping I'm into these for over $150. And they have no possability!
If they put the effort into it like they use to, I could see me wanting all things TF past present and future.
But whats on the horizon is a joke! And whats behind us is an overpriced memory marked up by nostalgic demand!
Still, for the most part, I love what I have. I'm just tettering on the line of expanding at the rate I'm use to, or just waiting for the(hopefully)goods.

Thank You.
I sent you a PM.
But realy, Thank You, sometimes people don't realize that privledge and possesions need to be earned.

Or use that hard earned money for:
2 Voyagers
1 Voyager and 2 Deluxes
4 Deluxes
I saw Leader Brawl today. 15 of them. Yep, I counted. And unlike some greedy folks out there, I didn't bother buy 15 or even 1 of them. I just was not impressed with him. If you're a sucker for tanks, then hey, go for it. Otherwise, meh. I'd rather use that money for other Transformers.
Hasblo blew it by not making a Leader Blackout instead of Brawl. Blackout would have been flippin' awesome, and more to scale as leader class. They don't do Supreme class here, so forget it. Like I said before, get what YOU like, but opinion wise, I give it a "Meh" rating.

open him!its worth it! I open some and leave alot in their boxes and sometimes cant decide what to do with certin figures but i can tell you man, open that bad mother...! he's sweet!
The only time I ever get something to leave boxed is if I either,
A) already have one opened
or
B) know I'm gonna shell out for a double and want to see if the next one down the line will have a box in better/worse condition
These are TOYS, enjoy them!
(still, that's not to say some things have not returned to the box, G1 Metroplex, Galvatron, SkyLinks, and Predaking for example)

See Guys, this isn't the type of buyer that should be mocked or hated!
Save it for the scalpers and general pricks!
And hey, if your still upset, that he has so many and you don't, maybe you should polish up on your hunting skills, ask him where he shops, and so on...
I for one find noname outlet stores to be a treasure chest of rare figs.
Oh, and yes, I'd still feel that way even if he wasn't showing me a kindness!

Well if the Leader line is as big as this:
1. Optimus Prime
2. Megatron
3. Brawl
4. Nightwatch Prime
5. Desert Attack Brawl
Then I think that's it and Hasbro has blwon it by not making a larger Starscream or Blackout figure.

Movie StarScreams BODY is amazing! The rest of it is less than trash to me. I would prefer to just see this figure fade into history, and have no more renditions.
And the sextoy holding FAB, not realy helping the cause here!
Also, am I the only one thinking Leader Barricade? I hate the deluxe version, but the character has alot of potential. If they did a larger version with more of the gimmicks he had in the movie with a decent Frenzy, I could go for that!

I'm just giving Starscream as an example. I like the F-22 Raptor btw. But me, I much prefer a Supreme Blackout. Maaan that would rule. I hate to be a pessimist, but after Desert Attack Brawl I don't see any Leaders anymore for this line.

How about ultimate to be BBee's nemesis?
No I wasn't really thinking it, but it would be interesting.

Dare I say it, I think I will, Ultimate BB, I'm not impressed. Don't get me wrong, the gimmicks are great, but the bot itself is just real weak in my opinion.
I know he's gonna be very sought after in the future, but even that still isn't pushing me to buy him.
I think after Deluxe BB, I'm done with that figure. And after DropKick, G1 Jazz, andmaybe) one of the Leader Brawls, I'm done with the movie.
I'm sure I can just find Finnal Battle Jazz's gun online!
