do you think this will be just repaints, or will smokescreen get his spoiler and custom moulding?

It wouldn't make sense for Smokescreen to be a flat out repaint. He's not going to work as a red and blue police car.

He'd have to have a few mods done. It shouldn't be hard to mold a new front and rear spoiler.

Then again, they could always do what they did with Classics Prowl & Smokescreen and give them both spoilers. :-?

If they use a rear lip spoiler, I could live with that across all three molds, but not one like the photo above, a happy medium perhaps?

Takara have been fairly faithful to the show so far, why would they stop now?

I agree, they really invested in making those small changes to Red Alert to really set him apart from Sideswipe (head, upper arms, little "collar nubs", etc.), I'm 99% certain they will give the same attention to detail between these two characters. Looking forward to our first reveal (not that it matters, I've already got them on pre-order).
