I have never used BBTS for vintage items, but I have used them for opened newer (classics) items.

Everything was always as described.

I've been nothing short of 100% happy with them, and the pile of loot feature is the best thing in the universe IMO. I get stuff shipped 3-4 times a year and my wife doesn't accuse me of "getting new junk in the mail all the time."

I've just sent you an email. The figure was graded at 85 (I have forwarded an email also). It's probably in a similar condition to my G1 Thrust, which by no means is an 85.

So, I finally got mine, turns out Customs was just taking their sweet-ass time with it. I now have a City Commander!

Now if only we could convince BBTS to open a Canadian branch to get past customs, preferably based out of BC.....

They dealt with Amelie's issue too.

I guess in the future, if I have a problem with a Vintage item, I should contact the Vintage department directly instead of customer service.

Now as for a Canadian branch...haha, we all wish. I bet we'd end up paying extra anyway though, customs would probably just get them on the import side, forcing them to raise prices. Ah well, Canada Post is still better than UPS...
