I'm not impressed. You didn't say a word about his coloring and that what really bothers me. He looks more like Ultra Magnus than Optimus Prime. In fact I plan on maybe getting 2 of them because I do like the mold I just think he needs a more traditional paint job. Ultra Prime wrote:Wow, I'm suprised at the love for these figures. To me they just look like stylized turds for their alt mode. I am passing on those two as I speak.

Um... reread my post I was saying it ALLREADY looks like Ultra Magnus.decepticonjon wrote:hmm, an ultra magnus repaint would be pretty sweet.. great idea.. i kinda thought that too when i saw him..
it's a fun design that's for sure..
I never said they were bad figures and I don't have them yet. I said I dislike their color scemes. (Prime more than Starscream but don't like Starscream's poop brown much either.)liveconvoy wrote:So, what I'm reading is that everyone that DOESN'T already have these figure says THEY SUX
But everybody that HAS them, has gotten to do their really great transformation, and put them on the shelf really digs them.
Don't be an elitist. Just because they're unconventional, doesn't mean they're bad figs.
I concur, I have a rocklord, the redish bad one, looks tons better than these. With that, I am suggesting a toy rock is fun. >_>JetfireUK wrote:Who would have thought that twenty years after the Go-Bots, Transformers buy into the Rock Lords. Seesh.
Personally neither of these figues do anything for me.
