Okay, Spawn is satins warlord.

Ghost Rider is satins bounty hunter.

My money is on Spawn he was designed for war, Ghost riders only real weapons are his Speed and his penance stare.

Spawns entire body is a weapon, he would demolish Ghost Rider.

penance stare would kill spawn since he was a hired killer in life and he beat wanda before becoming spawn, killing the unborn child.

If Ghosty can hit him with penance stare Spawn's nothing more than a weeping babe and an easy kill.

The penance stare would work if GR could get close enough to spawn. With those chains Spawn has acting like an extension of himself GR would be in for one tough fight to get close enough for a PS

Ghost Rider firstly rams Spawn with his hellcycle, only for Spawn's Cape to go apespit and knocks Rider flying. Spawn then unleashes some of his hellspawn power almost putting the rider down, except for Ghost Rider's ability to call forth hellfire, which unexpectedly does some serious damage to Spawn's costume. Spawn winded and stunned suddenly finds himself wrapped in chains and starring into Ghost Rider's eyes and reliving every bad thing he ever did. As he gibbers and screams in torment, Ghost Rider recovers his cycle and rides off uttering "Vengeance is served".

Is it possible that Satin put fail safe on Spawn to protect him from the "P.S." I am not saying that he dose but is it not possible, if it were so "G.R." would be thrown aside like a rag doll.

Hmmm.. This is tough.. If Spawn can pick apart the rider with his necroplasim suit then he can obtain victory..
Spawn can teleport so even if GR gets him with the chains, Spawn can simply teltport away to safety and regroup..

I give it to Spawn but not after a lengthy hard fought battle.
