Master Roshi in his young years, maybe got a chance, if he teams up with spiderman against Wolverine. Any other team-up: the team with Wolverine in it.

As loaded a DBZ vs is... Roshi in his hayday would move fastenough to knock spidey over a mountain, then fire of a Kamehameha, with enough force to level said mountain, at wolverine. Logan's adamantium skeleton will be scattered as his ligaments, cartelig and non adimantium bonded tissue is incinerated. Wolverine may heal fast but he's not even bullet proof when it comes down to it.
