On February 25, 2014, my father, Louis Nagy, passed away from pancreatic cancer. It has been almost nine months since he passed, but I still find myself crying when I think about him. I am going to therapy to help me cope with my loss, but I think that I will always have a gaping hole in my heart. My Dad was such a big part of my life that it's hard to accept that I will never see him again, at least in this lifetime. Sometimes I even feel angry at him for leaving me.

You do this every 2 months. expect again on January?

Posting on a message board isn't going to help alleviate this. Missing someone who has passed is natural and those feelings may never completely dissipate. Hopefully you have someone in your life that can support you. If not, then you might want to talk to a therapist.
