As awesome as Batman is, I don't think he'd be able to win this. Whats Batman when you take away the fear? Just a man.

Hal Jordan would come out on top. Batman may have the gadgets, but since the only real weakness(yellow) Hal Jordan had has now been realized, and that they can overcome it with a little concentration and remembering fear. Hal Jordan would be able to take Batman down.

If this was Wally west Flash I'd give it to him, but Bart Allen struggled to reach Lightspeed, Giving him roughly equal running speed to Superman.

Superman can win this, but so can Hal.

Theres a huge difference between knowing how to kill someone, and being able to pull it off.

And he has in numerous tales of Elseworlds. Who's to say this isn't just an Elseworlds story anyways. It's not like these heroes would actually try to kill each other.

Hal would beat Batman because Hal has no weakness for Batman to exploit. Remember, Hal no longer has a weakness to yellow. Anyone who says that Batman can beat Hal is completely biased.

Batman, he's not above vulturing the fight for one thing.

Hal still has a weakness - he's like Batman, a mortal man with a gadget. True, his weapon is more powerful, but take it away, which Batman would, and he is, well, the lesser man.

Ultimately though, Batman would just wait for Superman or Flash to take out Hal like Superman did in Red Son.

That's assuming of course that the six of them wouldn't just vote on who the survivor would be and sacrifice themselves to save the universe.

Superman - arrested for wearing underpants on the outside
Wonder Woman - top fell down and wouldn't stay up
The Flash (Bart Allen) - arrested for flashing
Green Lantern (Hal Jordon) - ran out of batteries

Topless Wonder Woman wins and then goes to buy a better outfit.
