Since I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere else, Here goes.
It appears Takara is going to be releasing 2 special sets of figures in their DOTM line.
The Transformers Chronicle sets 01 and 02.
O1 is comprised of DOTM Voyager Optimus Prime, and G1 Convoy
While 02 is DOTM Voyager Megatron and G1 Megatron. (with orange barrel plug)
Pre-orders are up at BBTS:

Not that these guys have a lack of re-issues, but I guess its another chance to get them if you haven't done so already.

The orange plug is BBTS only, right? I mean, Japan doesn't have the same Gun Laws as the US does...

I actually like to see a few more chronicle sets not just Prime and Megs. I know these guys are popular, but come on Takara ever heard of market saturation? I want something different.
I'd personally like to see a G1/Generations 2 pack, now that would be awesome!

Yes, but even if you buy it from an overseas company, when it passes customs, they'll do the same. Hopefully mine will be the same as my MP Megs. The plug wasn't glued on. It popped right out.

I'm guessing its and Import deal. BBTS might not be able to import them without the plug. I'd assume if they are bought locally in Japan, Megs would not have the plug.
But its just a guess.
