Australians had enough hassle getting the last one into the country because of our retarded customs laws.

HoosierDaddy wrote:After reading a thread on a different forum by someone "in the know" the next Masterpiece will be a new mold of Starscream with a different type of jet as his alt mode. Then another hint was dropped and by analyzing it, it sounds like Ultra Magnus may come after Starscream.
Trust me, it is very credible.

Just to let you guys know, in the same thread it was made clear that Megatron was not in the cards in the near future (at least up to MP 15) either. If I remember right, neither was Soundwave but I'm not 100% on Soundwave.
Sorry if I caused confusion. But to summarize:-
Plane - Real Life accurate. As for what type of plane, sorry, can't disclose that. Hope you understand.
Bot - G1 Anime accurate, Nuff said.

I don't believe in "guys in the know". Easy to be screwed over with false info.
person in the know wrote:Quite abit. But as I said, I am careful with my words. They are watching. As I am repeating what I said, it is up to you ppl to believe me. I am not forcing it on anyone. but those who knows me well enough will know what I say has some legitimacy in it.

I mean he basically transforms into a box. I know he would have great articulation and the cassettes would be cool but I'd rather have a MP with a more intriguing alt mode.

Yeah, didn't you have to smooth things over with Australian officials just to get your MP Megatron?
Stormrider wrote:Forgive me if this has already been posted (after a quick scanning I didn't see a topic yet) - Takara has hinted at the next upcoming Masterpieces. Seems like Ultra Magnus, Megatron, and Soundwave are contenders.

Im ok with the first reduction but they get much smaller why even bother with calling them Masterpieces. 10 inches is just about perfect. 12 inches was cool but was a bit much for display purposes.
I dont buy the secret source info. While I do believe Tak is retarded enough to do a new Starscream mode, why an F14? that makes no sense. Both jets are dated and most people could not differentiate between the two anyway. SS was an F15 period. Changing him to an F14 is mind boggling since its not even a more modern fighter plane. If the report was he was going to be the F22 I could see the point . If they do produce another SS I am done with the Masterpiece collecting. Not buying three more seekers period.
I would like to think it would be bad for business but seeing how many people are gaga over the new Prime I don't put it past the consumer to reward this nonsense. In the first season alone there are plenty of great characters to re-vist with a Masterpiece to be doing the same **** over and over. FFS who is in charge over there?
I will pass on a Galvatron but even he would be more welcome on my shelf than a half grand of newish seekers. As I am writing this I am realizing that it is pointless to state my opinion because I am sure half the fandom will get all geeked up on this idea and render more logical opinions mute resulting in a bunch of already been done to death ideas. Proof is already there seeing how 70% of the produced figures are the same damn guys over and over.
