If you thought your decisions with Hasbro this, and Takara that, were over with concerning the Dark Of The Moon toy line, then think again. Our insiders overseas state that Takara will be releasing a Supreme Class Optimus Prime, priced at 16000 yen. The release date for the figure will be in November, this year.

With such a hefty price tag, there are only a few mold candidates. Maybe a 'Buster' version of Hasbro's Ultimate Optimus Prime? Perhaps the Tokyo Toy Show will shed some light on this rumor, but for now, only time will tell.

Can't stand the front wheels on the forearms and inaccurate jet pack. Hasbro or Takara, it's still a pass for me.

I am crossing my fingers an am hoping that this will be a brand new mold that will take the ROTF Prime mold and make it even more accurate and detailed.

It would have to be to justify the price. Fully articulated hands and just perfect EVERYTHING.
