I like their added details on Sideswipe, but I think he's in an upcoming Vs pack, yes? Can just wait for that and get the random re-deco packed in as a bonus.

Ironically, the VS pack he'll be in will be with another Autobot: Stepper.

I wanna say I tried shoving the sword there when I first got mine. The way I had it made his flip down chest piece drag the ground worse. I will have to try again when I get a chance. I wonder if Takara made any modifications to allow the sword to store there more easily?

His head wasnt the main problem for dragging, it was that folding chest piece. The only way for him to no be dragging is to remove it and turn his head that way.

His head wasnt the main problem for dragging, it was that folding chest piece. The only way for him to no be dragging is to remove it and turn his head that way.

I'd heard it was both, you're right about the chest but at least the head is no longer any issue

I got TAV 21 and the box art just bothered me a bit.

To me, while Optimus has a mouth plate, I alwys kinda figured that was just his robo mouth. Like he didnt have one, just like Edward scissorhands has scissors instead of hands (and is also a robot btw). But check this art (and there are 2 different depictions of it on the box). It looks like a human with a mouth plate or scuba mask (or whatever they wear in Mortal Kombat), its very unsettling.

I believe his mouth plate slides into place like a battle mask on the show. Seems to be the way there are handling the ole mouth plate these days. I wanna say in one of the new comics he takes off his mouth plate to share some energon drinks with some old friends.

But yeah, he does have that Sub Zero/Scorpion look going on in the box art.

Glad there's no fictional precedence to compel me to want that thing. Not to mention its head is still silver instead of black.

Though, do we still not know if it's supposed to be "Grand" or "Ground"?
