Me neither, the set is only niche in japan. What BBTS is selling is the 25$ Hasbro asia release that can be easily imported by any wholesaler.

I would think that BBTS is selling to a small pool of westerners who have the legends Headmasters but also want the Hasbro head molds.
Maybe I'm just off my rocker, maybe I'm just plain off base. The whole thing just seemed kinda silly and ironic to me. I just found some humor in it.

Right after their release, courtesy of blogger Tagoal we finally have photos and comparison pieces of Takara's releases of previously-Hasbro-exclusive Headmasters - those of course being Clobber (Grimlock), Brawn, Skytread and the Hasbro versions of Brainstorm, Chromedome and Hardhead!
Tagoal has an extensively long gallery of the lot so we're simply linking directly to their post here. That said, we've still included some of the most notable ones below - including comparisons with their Hasbro counterparts; showing that aside from the much better painted robot modes, each Headmaster seems to have much brighter, vibrant shades of colour than their Hasbro counterparts - which may even be better for MTMTE displays in the case of Chromedome and Brainstorm! For the comparisons keep in mind that the Takara versions of Brainstorm, Chromedome and Hardhead are in the middle while Brawn, Clobber and Skytread are to the right. Take a look and tell us what you think in the forums!
