Just curious... appears to have a ton of releases coming out in March across many brands, not just Transformers. It seems though that march is way overloaded, and April has nothing. maybe ythey decided to take a month off. . I seriously doubt it though, but I would not be surprised if some of the releases planned for march didn't get pushed to April because there are so many. Its sad to see the Legends line come to an end seemingly. I always looked forward to see what different takes would make on toys (usually for the better), and unique toys such as Lio Convoy, Convobat, G2 Tank Megatorn (purple), Greatshort etc...

IN may it looks like they'll be re-releasing several movie toys, and their PotP line begins in May...

I noticed that too, both flip changers, Darth Vader, and somebody else. Don't forget Great Shot is coming sooner than later.

Yeah March is Crazy. Metroplex, Grand Max, and Greatshot are all on my radar, all coming out in March...Sure I have my Tax return, but I'm hoping I don't have to purchase them all at once. . I'm hoping 3rd party retailers will have enough so I can get them progressively over time.

Thanks to japanese website 1999 and Twiter user kinoko51, we now have images the following Takara Transformers Legends toys released now:

Legends LG-58 Autobot Clones (Fastlane and Cloudraker)
LG-59 Blitzwing
LG-60 Overlord

Blitzwing comes with the Shufler Titan Master animal done in a black deco and called Bigfight and Overlord comes with tho heads rather than one. His box even shows two drawings of the robot mode with different faces and different ways to pose his chest flaps. One is in reference to Maserforce while the other (with the lips) is in reference to his IDW appearance. We then have images of all these in hand which includes a comparison to the Hasbro Overlord (using one of the two Legends Overlord heads).

With Grand Max, Greatshot, & the Metroplex reissue all coming out in March (along with at least a few other Legends releases I'm forgetting), I actually had to use two different sites to spread out the costs. Some of my preorders will remain on bbts & some others I have moved to a site that lets you pay for presale items ahead of time. That way I don't get hit with $600-$700 in charges on my credit card at one time in late March. I could have always chosen the option to wait for some of these items, but patience has never been one of my virtues.

I’m just saying call it whatever. It’s like when people get mad when a name gets change do due to trademark or copyright. Example when hasbro named Octane Octone and before that Tankor and people get upset about it or they use a previous term because that legally can’t. Once you buy it it’s your toy. They’re whirver you want them to be.

I'm having to get Windblade and Greatshot from BBTS because Amazon Japan didn't open pre-orders for Windblade and don't carry Takara web exclusives .

isn't it kind of strange they've got two images of Overlord on the box art? I know it's supposedly showing that it has the two powermasters /mode, but it's unusual and feels a but misleading and kind of implies you get two robots, especially alongside the clones.. :/

But if I cancel, I will need to wait for G2 Megatron until probably May. Right now, he, MP-40, and war hammer Bee will ship in March, and Greatshot and MP Barricade in May for the free shipping on both. But without MP-40, I'll need to wait till all of them come to ship.

And gosh, G2 Megs and Greatshot are exciting me so much

Keep the MP-40 (Targetmaster Hot Rodimus for those not familiar with the code) solely for the Targetmaster. Besides, Rodimus Prime he's not.

Indeed I do not, I jumped on the Takara stuff rather late, (When I got my own credit card and don't have to rely on a family allowance) starting with Kup and Hot Rod when there started to be actual changes to the mold besides color differences and a slightly different head. (Chromedome, Hardhead etc)

Of course I only get the ones that add something such as how I got Takara Octance simply because he added more with the Starscream head.

I still go with Hasbro choices as well if the changes are not big enough for example I can live without Target masters so I got the Hasbro versions of Twinferno, Triggerhappy, Misfire and eventually Slugslinger.

(I actually prefer the darker purple for Galvatron and Shockwave)
