I definitely think that's a translucent prime master decoy suit with Brave Max but not one we've seen yet. These came out of nowhere and I'm definitely getting them. Really hope I can get my hands on that pretender extra.

Maybe it's just the color in the images, then, but all I see are red, black, and bright blue, and that says Brave Maximus to me, not Grand Maximus, who had a considerable amount of teal on him. The inclusion of the Pretender is the only thing that says Grand Max to me.

Or blue leg cannons.

Or a sword.

Or a Pretender shell.

Greatshot looks kind of cool, might look into getting him, but it's certainly no black convoy;

also, seems like most of the rid line has been revisited under our noses now...

I concede, but I still can't figure out where al the black on the Grand Max-EX figure is coming from. That's what threw me off, because Brave Max has SO much more of it.

I think this also means BlackZarak is a very safe bet when we eventually get Titan Scorponok. The likes of Metrotitan and G2 Devastator are fairly obscure and without fiction; but BlackZarak and Grand Maximus were major characters in the Masterforce anime.

Hmmmmm Interesting Greatshot certainly looks fantastic but i'm not impressed at how they didn't give him new guns and don't have the Jet mode configured accurately to his original toy when that configuration is possible with his mold mates Six Shot and Quickswitch sure the leftover side kibble is there but it's more accurate to the Original that way and isn't Legends supposed to be accurate? I don't think those flaws will be a turn off for me tho cause i'm a sucker for new character repaints and they did do most of the rest of him right. Brave Max is a different story seeing it for the first time I thought it was RID Fort max and was excited for him but now I look closer he's not and i'm a lot less excited for him as A I haven't seen Brave and don't intend to and B. I'll already have the mold as Fort Max by then (one could argue the same for Greatshot as I have Six Shot already but hey new character repaint) I might skip this 1 and yeah that little thing's a POTP Prime Master shell for sure.

G2 Devs isn't obscure, there's two versions of him, you want obscure, how bout the original color scheme for the diaclone devs toy

A friend in the business stated that Takara Tomy Mall items are also usually carried by Hasbro Asia, so (for retailers at least) the prices might be cheaper than TT Mall's?

As for the pretender, my guess is that there will be a recoloured, Power of the Primes mini/faux-pretender (in the original G1 Grand Maximus colours) AND a clear blue version of this figure (limited to the first 300 or 3,000 customers).

That's just a guess, though.
