What?! If you're Japan based, wouldn't it be easier?

Yup, he was really hot in Japan, unlike MP Ramjet.

No need to scalp when hasbro asia has a bunch.

The term "Geewunner" in its proper context is not supposed to refer to those who simply prefer G1. It's meant to refer to those who prefer G1 above all else to the extreme extent of shunning all non-G1 series.Burn wrote:Hellscream9999 wrote:Yup, everyone wants one to scalp to the G1'er crowd
You know, I'm really not liking how this "G1'er" term is being thrown around in such a derogatory manner lately.
Why is it so wrong to prefer G1? What gives others the rights to mock and ridicule another member of this fandom because of their like for one particular generation?

To a true "Geewunner", things like G2, BW, BM, RID (either one), Armada, Energon, Cybertron, the Movies, Animated, Prime, Rescue Bots, etc. are abominations or pale imitations of "the one TRUE Transformers series" that is G1 and don't deserve any of the same love and attention that only G1 should ever get.
So it's not a term that's meant to refer to just G1 fans in general, but more to a specific minority that devoutly cares only for G1 and fully abhors everything else.
Ah, I see.Burn wrote:

Seriously, there's so much crap being slung towards hasbro - and even TT - and everything they do, that those of us that would like something that isn't G1, can't even get an opinion past without being direct.
Seriously, it's everywhere, what about all the rest of us, that want updated figures from our childhood? Haven't we glorified G1 enough? Even now, when you're getting all the combiners, and headmasters, and targetmasters, and titans - on top of everything else the generations line has yielded, it still isn't good enough! Maybe people want an amazing bw megs, or a poseable armada prime super mode, or another chance at rid super god convoy...
In my short time here I've never encountered anyone who completely exemplifies this definition. I've seen folks who I suspected to be as such, scramble up their combiners, embrace RID15 for it's good merits, and fully except Rook,Off Road, and Alpha B into their hearts. Who are we talking about? 84Forever? Does he even post here anymore? We have folks who lean hard on G1, but no one so staunch. Granted we're not the entire fandom, but I wouldn't know. I only hang out here.Sabrblade wrote:... a specific minority that devoutly cares only for G1 and fully abhors everything else.

Dude, it's TT's thrilling 30's combiner! A popular figure from each line, all combine to form: 'Nostalgicus' - he who wields the powers of rose-tinted glasses
