Even if it were true, I would not let such a little thing ruin my opinion of such a well engineered toy. But its just odd...I'd never thought I'd see a combiner smile, but least of all, Computron.
william-james88 wrote:Yes he is smiling. But thats the problem with transformers with Mouths. You dont want them to look too mad or grim so sometimes they simply end up with a slight smile.
He looked like that on the show sometimes too:

@WJ88 I hate to break it to you, but that's Abominus.
Wolfman Jake wrote:I'm delighted by these finalized samples of Unite Warriors Afterburner. The earlier solicitations and stock photos had no hint of orange in Afterburner's pallet, but now, he looks like a pretty perfect match/compromise for his G1 cartoon appearance(s). Afterburner looks a lot more red in robot mode, while he looks more orange-red in vehicle mode (sometimes) and in limb mode on Computron. Yes, the G1 toy is more of a solid orange, a la Strafe's guns, but this is Takara we're talking about, so adherence to cartoon accuracy shouldn't surprise anyone by now.
And yeah, the green and black on Hasbro's version of Afterburner do kind of disappoint me. It's one step forward with the orange, but two steps back with the two new colors. It makes Afterburner look like he's celebrating Halloween or something.
Diem wrote:Yeah, I'm gonna wind up getting both versions...Hasbro for the more orange Afterburner, the dedicated hands and feet, and the Cosmos repaint; Takara for the better Strafe, Nosecone and Lightspeed.

And the better Scattershot with the better Computron head and chest, right?
If I looked that awesome, I'd smile a lot tooo.supreme wrote:Is it just me...or does it look almost like Computron is smiling?

Can anyone here tell me as estimate of shipping for UW Superion from TFSource to Australia? Also, do they ship internationally. I already emailed them and they could not give me a straight answer.
Even just an esstimate, I mean $20, $50? What kind of ballpark are we talking about here.
I don't know what you think about import sites but AmiAmi still has him available for preorder cheaper than buying from an American site like TFsource. The shipping would also probably be cheaper. That's where I'm putting my preorder and they are a good site so there's not much to worry about. And yes I'm pretty sure TFsource ships internationally but you can't qualify for free shipping. $20 to $50 sounds about right for something of that size. Hope that helps.
I have not looked on that site in a long time. Like before the CW line of toys existed long.
I'll take a look thanks.
EDIT: Orders are "closed" does that mean he it out of stock? This is like HLJ.com all over again.

Yes it does mean out of stock. I think the person responding before was referring to Computron sicne that is what we were all talking about.
Your best bet is to check this site out once in a while since they get older stuff that they sell at fair market price for non exclusives: http://jungle-scs.co.jp/sale_en/?page_i ... e+warriors. Its not avantageous to americans since the shipping is expensive and they are better off getting them locally. But for international buyers, this is like other japanese sites. Check it over once a week, Superion used to appear there pretty often. TFSource will cost you over 74$ USD to ship to australia.
Also, check nippon yassan (another japanese site) if they still have superion.

I'm hoping for the white.

I'm hoping for the white.
They might have a somewhat iridescent quality, meaning the color changes depending on how the light hits the paint details. That would be pretty cool to pull off on a figure.

You don't want any of us to answer that, trust me
