Can someone tell me how to take the mask off of him. Are there any vids showing this? Also, once the mask is removed, does the speech function still work?

Peaugh has a great how to video detailing the Mask removal. However without the mouthpiece he can no longer talk. He can still do the Chest cannon noises, but not the speech.

Ok, cool, thanks! Now I got a tough choice to make. I want him to still be able to talk but I hate the mask. And I want to be able to re-paint him too.

Well, you can do while maintaining the sound effects, but you'd have to use an exacto knife to chop off the part of the mechanism that covers his face.

Peaugh did the mod that wouldn't damage the parts in case you needed to resell him.

I saw the vid and I liked what I saw. I'm never going to sell or get rid of any of my figs ever again, lol. Plus, I want to paint him the way he should be. Getting the paints in 2wks. So I'm going to get rid of this ugly mask. Now if I can just get his head to move. Sucker is on there tight!

The head is glued but a good strong twist should pop it right off. Also be aware that the head will slide off quite easily after you do the mod. I did the mod on mine and I have no regrets.

Yeah, that's what I will do, because no way in hell am I ever reselling him. He'll be looking at me from the dash board of the car I'm living in if I can't afford a place, but he's mine to stay.

I'm about to do mine. Getting the head to turn will be the main challenge.

Yeah, I had to so I could be able to turn his slaggin' head! LMAO! That was the hardest part. And the two halves of his head were really glue together so I had to use the screwdriver to pry the two apart so I could get the mask off.
