i like this new guy..... he actually makes senceE.H.U.D. wrote:The way I see it, there are already plenty of B-named decepticons (Brawl, Bonecrusher, Barricade, Blackout). Second, what the unanniciated (i.e., those who watched the movie just cuz, not toy-nerds) will see Devastator. Third off, Devastation happens when a nuke goes off, or when a great natural disaster happens. A Brawl is two Scots after a football game. Devastator shakes up the monotamy, reaches a wider audience, and sounds more impresive.

But Bonecrusher is still a Constructicon!
So if just becos there is a BC in BW he's no a G1 name, so what's up with Megatron and Scorponok?

Sorry buddy but I dont understand what your saying. Are you saying that because the name was used in an other series that it can not be considered a G1 name????
Almost all the names in the Bay movie were used multible times in different TF series.I think that to only names used in the movie that were only used in G1 were Bumblebee,Jazz and Ratchet.
If I misunderstood your post I'm sorry.

I know they were used multiple times, that's what I was trying to say (badly).
He said Bonecrusher is not related to the Constructecos, cos the name was used in Beast Wars, I just said that he is a G1 name, along with Megatron and Scorponok!
All in G1, all in Beast Wars and all in Movie!

Use Firefox if you're not to sure on spelling, it lets me write stuff that is readable.
I don't find it a concedence to, but I was only refering to the fact that most TF shows "borrow" names from existing shows and lines.
