The Transformers Collector's Club wants more Transformers Fans to join or re-join the club this fall. The TCC has announced that new contests, promotions, and reveals are on the way and hope that these new perks will help you in deciding to join.

Some time next week, we will get our first glimpse at the 2011 Club Member "Freebie" Figure, Sideburn! For those that do not know, Sideburn will be repaint of Classics Rodimus and is a homage to RID Sideburn. The TCC has mentioned that this figure will be part of the "Wings-verse" and will be an Elite Guardsmen.

Also, the TCC has announced that their first contest will be announced on Monday, so make sure to check it out.

Lastly, we have also heard rumors of changes coming to the club site and the forums. The changes have also been hinted on the club forums by certain individuals. So take all of this into consideration when deciding to join the club.

Granted I first joined two figures into Nexus Maximus, but I'm continually pleased with the figures they're putting out, and it only seems to get better. Yay for you!

After Dion's feet, and Counterpunch's head, I think I won't be re-joining next year.

Also, I'm always unable to attend Bot-Con since I don't like airplanes and I don't want to drive forever.
Why the heck do I have to live in the middle of this frickin country?!

Im joining only for Ramjet. Hopefully the Sideburn looks good. I hope they dont screw it up with silly graphics. The cheetor/blurr repaint is of no interest to me. How the hell are you gonna have a spotted leapord painted car ??? And if you take away the spots then its not Cheetor.

I find it hilarious how you used "leopard" for the spotted design when the character's name clearly indicates he is an entirely different animal and, thusly, entirely different pattern. Or has leopard suddenly evolved to mean any kind of circular big cat print?

I renewed my membership last year thinking the free exclusive figure was going to be P/CP since we were seeing the designs so early, and Fun Pub really didn't discourage the thought at first. I opened Dion's box to get my membership card only to discover that those have been done away with, even though we were charged the same membership price. The molds of the five combiner figures were progressively getting worse to the point that the new head for Nexus Maximus was detached from the vehicle body in package. After the embarrassment that was their Bot-Con registration last year I said that's it. Then they showed the blue Roddimus as Sideburns and G2 Ramjet ...Damn! Got me again. The contests don't matter since I've never won anything in my life and I don't visit the website save for renewing my membership. If they really wanna get more members for the TF and Joe clubs, they're doing a drive over there too, here's an idea; give people like me who are fans of both a discounted rate on membership to both clubs, that includes a MEMBERSHIP CARD. I'm sure that would make quite a few people happy.

Exactly what would one DO with a membership card? As far as I know there's never been any botcon happenings that required it, you can't present it anywhere for a discount or anything, so it's basically useless. I certainly wouldn't want to geek out my wallet with it, there's enough cards in there already.

Why cant Hasbro make Transformers cartoons like this? I mean come on!! I'm sorry i dont see TCC making this ad, i see Hasbro chipping in on their behalf. Instead of getting something on this on HUB, we get the cross-blend of Transformers movie and animated all rolled up into one!! This ad is a pure masterpiece and hasbro should redo G1 cartoons in this type graphics and continue on through headmasters and so on....

Except you like this as much as you do because of Nostalgia, and Hasbro is about making money off of the brand and the kiddies know their ANimated and Movie-verse styles. So suck it up, mate, we ain't the target audience. Just be happy Hasbro keeps making G1 Based toys.
