Hmm, that has some good structure for a kitbash.
I'm liking it, but after what has become universe/classics Blaster, I think he needs his won mold to save from just a repaint with no new head.
Your opens possibility, and tih some scupting, I see it working well.

Now that I look at it, I think that mold would work better for Blaster than Soundwave! I'd actually welcome a repaint from Hasbro!
