Not that I'm tryin to start an arguement, far from it, but may I ask what exactly you don't like about it? Just a friendly inquiry.

I think the writers know that really dull-witted Dinobots are a bit of a drag, what with how sharp things have been in character interaction so far, so heres hoping they take more from the comic Dinobots.

There are so many good decepticon combiners out there, I hope we get more than one! And it would be nice if they gave Soundwave a bit more of a role. He has always been one of my favorite characters, and I was disappointed that in TF: Prime he is really nothing more than a drone.

I've not seen anything to say he's a drone. Speechless, loyal puppy maybe, underutilized definately, but not drone. He turns into a drone plane, but that's the alt, not him.

Also, I don't think Unicron or whomever is in the volcano. His face looks smoky, like he's in a nebula, not like an eruption. The volcano is problably justy a visual tool to hint at an impending doom. I'm curious, I find it hard to lsbel Earth as "Born from chaos", unless we're applying the laws of entropy as chaos. so is this possibly a lead-in to a Universe style world?

And ;astly, odds are this is Uni, since it was labeled during the blood of arc that he was asleep. I wonder how Unicrosn's gonna like Megatron making zombie soldiers? Or maybe they'll become HIS soldiers, and Megs may well be on a very short leash...

If you go back through ALL of his posts, you will note that he has yet to say anything constructive or positive at any point about anything. My theory is that he is trolling or needs medication.

After watching the trailer I do think that was Unicron and not Scourge or a Prime. I also don't get the impression that he was in the volcano but that it was a sign of him awakening.

Still, I think it's WAY too early to introduce Unicron. He should have been a series finale type character.

Well, thank f**king God. Something is going to happen in this show!

I do like TF: Prime, don't get me wrong, but this show has been boring as hell to me thus far. Seems like every episode is a stand-alone - and a weak one at that. Let's hope they start to change that.

It's Transformers. Recurring characters like Pick-A-Series-Optimus Prime, Movie Bumblebee, Animated Bulkhead, G1 Wheeljack, Pick-A-Series Megatron, Ditto-Starscream, G1-Ratchet, G1-colored Breakdown. Change some voicing and/or personality traits, couple of slight variations in looks, still as viable as any of the new mentions coming. Arcee's a motorcycle, something that's been happening since, what, Energon? Only Animated broke that cycle, lol, only to have Prime rev it up again. And, oh look, there's little human characters. Guess that's never happened in a TF series? And, unless I'm mistaken, which I'm not, Unicron's been mentioned since the very. first. episode. Matter of time right there, matter of time. To equate mere mentions of names and labels like Dinobots, Unicron and Combiners to the show suddenly being unoriginal is a little over half a year too late.

That said, for rehashing old names, looks, and elements they've done fairly well enough to make TF:Prime its own. I see no intelligent reason not to assume that will continue with the new content & characters.

Combiners, Dinobots, and Unicron?! This show is really turning out to be great! I wonder if they will do an all cgi movie? And hopefully Megatron will stay Megatron and not get turned to Galvatron. I'd like to see Galvatron as a separate character.

Come on now Burn. It's called "PRIME". The show never had the chance to be ALL original. Other than the kids and other humans, just about everything in the show has been used before. But this is Unicron! Quite possibly the most baddass villain of all villains! IMO(calm down). Certainly you can see the potential for coolness!

Can't be Alpha Trion or Sentinel Zeta Prime. Sentinel Zeta Prime is long dead and Alpha Trion remained on Cybertron.

None of that has been mentioned in THIS universe/series so I can only assume that anything goes.

This universe is bigger than you think it is. We've known about the status of both Sentinel Zeta Prime and Alpha Trion since before this show even began. Play the WFC games and/or read the Exodus novel. It's all in there and it's all canon in regards to this show's world.

I believe this is Unicron, I especially since his eyes are purple, plus the Volcano's eruption was also purple, remember Darkness Rising? The Dark Energon or the Blood of Unicron?
Yea, I guess this is Unicron.
Also, since Hasbro did state that the show/franchise was going to feature the 13, I guess the entire second season will have Unicron's awakening as a constant threat. With the 3rd season being where the sh*t hits the fan and Unicron shows up with his boys vs the rest of the 13 that are still loyal to Primus.
Personally, I believe this will be awesome. Even if it's kinda early.

But then again, this might be some other guy.

I almost went into shock when I saw what I'm assuming is Unicron. :BOOM:

and to all those who say he's been "used to much", this one was inside a volcano, so he's not planet sized, and possible normal sized. That's pretty original if you ask me.

If you really think about it and the scale to the other Transformers, I wouldn't say Unicron is "planet sized" more like a Large Asteroid. You could very easily fit a large, Asteroid sized Transformer UNDER a Volcano in the Earth.

Looking at it again, perhaps it could be Galvatron. It seems a little... purple to be Unicron. Perhaps Unicron sent Galvatron to prepare Earth for him

I'm looking forward to these developments. I don't think of TF:P as a "brave new endeavor" in the Transformers mythos. It is a reboot/rehash with CGI. I'm okay with that. I don't have HUB anymore, so I'm watching them in a block from a friend's DVR.

I'm looking forward to these new characters. I have a feeling the phrase "That's just PRIME" will take on new meaning in these boards.
