OOooo that's a sneaky move... First the awesomeness that is ROTF orime combined with the awesomeness that is light up weapons.. So ...Sneaky.. =P~

Now if they had used "Powered up" optimus prime...I would have been instantly sold..

Real Devastator posted a photo of TFC's new GOW 2 Transformers Revenge of The Fallen blaster for Optimus Prime. The image shows two of the weapon attached to Prime.

One seems to have gray parts while the other is all black, we do not know which is the final version as both might be unfinished test shots.

Nope, they won't be released with Prime in retail, you're going to have to order it via a Secondary market, most likely BBTS.

Hell those two cannons are a major improvement on Prime IMHO. I would even consider getting him if he were released as in the image posted...'nuff said! B-)

I never cared for just having swords of a figure. And now Prime looks great with two cool guns. This might be the first accessory set I buy. lol

Nope, they're made from a third party company called TFCToy. However there's no need to worry about TFC's quality in their toys, as it's generally quite impressive.

I'd buy a set with guns for my ROTF figures. IMO the biggest flaw of the line is the absence of firearms. It would be nice if they made guns for all the figures. Jazz (only the Final Battle had a decent gun and it barely saw the light of day), Ratchet, Sideswipe, Sideways, Rampage, Mixmaster, Prime etc the list goes on.

The guns in the picture don't look like the one he had in ROTF. If they do release a set with screen accurate weaps i'll definately buy it.

Look closely and you can actually see they're both the same gun. The grey which might be mistaken is actually the lighting.

You saw what Devastator was "sporting" in the new movie? Yeah, he's compensating.

I think this will be a cool addition. Just so long as it is "Lights only" and no sound. I don't have display space anymore so most of my stuff is boxed and I'm tired of shifting a box and having mystery sounds come from somewhere within the stack. Armada Jetfires gun has had so many close calls with "independent flight" that I finally took the batteries out of him and Armada Thundercracker just to shut them up. Lights cool...noise, big no-go.
