Such a small thing that could've made a big difference.Stormrider wrote:Oh geez you are right. That was stupid planning. Why didn't they just incorporate the handles into the legs so they are attached and fold up. I agree with you. Lots of parts to keep track of.
I see even smaller parts that could become lost. There are 18 parts. Did you notice there are 3 guns that require handles, but the set only includes 2 handles?
Arctorro wrote:The image above shows two red gun handles and this
shows that the three big guns need to use those handles!Sad thing is, I can really see them doing thatNOS wrote:The third handle will be included in the add-on kit which will also include smaller forearms/hands, G1 accurate head, a carrying case for all the parts not integrated, and a thick vertical peg to sit on for the low low price of $59.99.

Agreed, I was expecting $150 or so. That price has got my attention, no doubt about it, but I still need to see what happens with every part in all of Metroplex's modes.Agamemnon wrote:This is significantly cheaper than I expected. Hrm....
william-james88 wrote:So that would also be the case for Predaking, who is also six members.
Tsutsukakushi wrote:Given TFC's overly priced track record. I was shocked this was so low. I think this is the better set compared to the Six Sigma version made being made by Brfore & After.
The thing that makes this TFC version better. Is that this toy seperates more guns & accesories for Metroplex. It also appear this TFC version has created newer hands for Metroplex. The toy also comes with a secondary red gun that looks like the Hasbro Metroplex big red gun.
Yotsuyasan wrote:In this thread, however, I will ask... New hands for Metroplex? Huh? What?

Wow... Somehow the product shots on the box make the arms seem even more stupidly oversized. How anyone at TFC could think those arms would be a good idea boggles my mind.

Agamemnon wrote:Look at the size of those hands! He must be a favorite of the fembots... (Guessing here, but based on the relative size to Hexatron, he looks pretty comparable in size to Before and After's offering.)

The upside of the strangely proportioned hands is that they draw attention away from the strangely proportioned legs.
