The clear blue gun comes with Hercules in clear red (light piping) as well as dark purple. The Black gun seen in these pics comes with the rage set.

Ack, my bad. I was referring to the earlier photos on Page 1. The stick/staff. I know Hercules has the craneformer but I've never seen poses with a stick/staff.

Iv'e seen earlier pictures of Green Hurc with the same weapon. I believe it's part of not hook.

Yeah... I'm with X. After looking at this several times, while it DOES look decent in Gestalt mode... the whole red/white/blue thing is just a bit stupid. The whole scheme just reminds me of Defensor. Are these the "official" Shattered Glass colors of Hercules... and is it just me, or does it seem the majority of Shattered Glass Decepticons wind up being a very stereotypical red, white & blue?

A CAT/Tonka colored version would peak my interest more... hell, even though I HATE the movies, I think a Movie-verse/multi-colored Devastator would be sweet... complete with a new glowing-green monster face.

Really just want an excuse to buy this mold... afraid this isn't it.

The Herc on the left is posed with his right arm resting atop the crane of Dr. Crank/Hook. The crane has 3 collapsing sections imagine the hook end is collapsed into the middle section with the base of the arm sitting flat against the shelf. Notice the same black paint apps seen on the crane arm held as a club by the Herc on the right.

This looks nice. I've been thinking of a repaint to make a Autobot construction equipment combiner. Quickmix, Landfill, Scoop, Erector, and anothr guy named Digger (Exgraver),& Neutro. The white should help with repainting.

That's the best price for a set of "Hercules" figures to date. Sadly, just too much to invest in a repaint. Also consider folks are about to dive into the Uranos releases. I do commend TFClub for trying, I know this release fills a niche in someone's collection.

Is there any reason to fear that really? I don't know much... other than some of my 80's Transformers "yellowed". Not all plastic does that though and I'd imagine that lesson has been learned long ago.

I don't know. At that price, I would hope/think now. But then again, these are being produced in China be a third party toy maker so it's hard to tell what standards they ultimately have for materials, production, etc.

I'm not buying the set regardless but I'd be wary if I were.
