I'm no expert, but I'm sure that that's supposed to be Optimus Prime. Though I know absolutely nothing about Star Cat Rescue Force (Whatever that even is.
) so maybe I'm wrong. What I do know is, I'm confused.

From what I've picked up on the InterWebz, Star Cat is some sort of Chinese show (anime?) that has characters like these.
Apparently it's rumoured that these may see mass production in China due to the popularity of the show, which may be good on our wallets if true.
Personally I hope they're done sort of like the Protectobots.

Really good point. The names 3rd parties give these guys are always space-filler to get around legal issues. They know we know who the characters are supposed to be.
As the "Star Cat" patrol comes together, I'll be really interested to see if the coloring changes our opinions.
Mind you, ole Hot Spot also sports a face plate. Hmmmmm.
We'll see if he comes out red or baby blue, I suppose.

Perhaps custom was the wrong word, unofficial TF figures. As far as I know these will be reproduced for retail.
