Seibertron wrote:Just placed my order. Everything went very smoothly. I appreciate them getting things handled so smoothly in the end. Looks like they did indeed switch to a super fast processor which can handle the kind of traffic that Transformers fans generate when they want something online. Kudos!![]()

@The_TF_Club: Now at 600 sold (This does NOT count Mondays sales)
Seibertron wrote:The real solution is for them to use a reputable payment processor from companies like Authorize.net or Payflow Pro. Neither of those companies would have issues with this, particularly with this small of volume. These are the two largest payment processors. Most clients I've ever dealt with over the past ten years use one of those two processors. I haven't developed any e-commerce websites in the past 2 years since doing Seibertron.com full time so I don't know if there are any new players since then that are reputable.

I've got a question for other international people who've ordered the figure(s), I noticed on my email confirmation that it said I needed to send a fax of my credit card and photo ID if it was my first order. Really!? That seems really strange to me. Also, technically joining the club would have been my first order.
Would be really grateful if someone could clear that up for me.
