OK guys, this is actually my first tf mod. I plan on doing alittle highlight painting on this figure in the near future to make my TFP arcee more closely match her show counterpart..but first, that huge long gun HAD to go. I HAD to have something closer to the show. and since there was no other option.....i did alittle cutting and this is what i came up with. What do you guys think?

first two pics are without the hand attached. 3rd pic is with hand still attached and fully transformable just like out of the box. gun just snaps on.

Thanks guys! glad you you liked it. and yes, i plan on painting it. itll get paint along with the figure.Doing alittle higlight paint on her just to make her more show accurate.the gun will be painted to match. I took the blade and put it on my second figure so she could have two blades(no biggie there) but she DEFINETLY looks better to me with an accurate gun to pose her with.
