Spider-man is out of his weight class in this one. Abomination smash Spidey.

Once again, Abomination can survive a nuclear assault, while Spider-Man can be put down by a 9mm. Even if he had the Black Suit, Spidey would still be too far out of his league.

Spider-Man almost died fighting the Juggernaut. He refused to give up and finally the Juggernaut walked off having a newfound respect for the tenacity of Spider-Man. Abomination would under estimate Peter, and he wouldn't be trying to kill him. He'd just be trying to knock him out and accomplish whatever it is he's doing. And of course Spider-Man would nevar evar give up. So this fight would technically end in a draw. Abomination would ignore Spidey only attacking to buy himself time to get what he's after and get away. Spidey wouldn't give up until he's dead, and Abomination is unlikely to devote the time to killing him.

tl;dr No one wins. By manner of technicality it ends in a draw.

Spider-Man with the venom black suit symbiote can beat abomination without the lizard's help if he uses the suit creatively.

Because if it is he wins.
Remember those awesome new powers they gave him after he died and was reborn? Spider-Man would fight with Abomination and just before Abomination kills him Spider-Man survival instinct kicks in poisoning Abomination with his cool stingers. And if that won't help and he will die he'll go down eating Abomination's ugly ass face.
