But, Wicked Prayer had some amazing lines like:
Jimmy Cuervo: She believed in you. She believed in all of you.
Harold: She believed in fairy tales. Who are you to tell me what she believed in?
Jimmy Cuervo: I'm the fairy **** godfather that's gonna save your fairy **** tails.
Jimmy Cuervo: Quoth the raven nevermore, ****!
Jimmy Cuervo: Someone owes me two lifetimes and a set of perfect blue eyes.
Luc Crash: The Apocalypse is gonna be one hell of a honeymoon!
Jimmy Cuervo: Killing is easy, forgetting is hard.
Luc Crash: How are you at wedding speeches?
Jimmy Cuervo: I'm better at eulogies.
Jimmy Cuervo: Tell me, did the blood wash off or did you have to scrub really really hard?

And yes, I did see Mega Shark vs. Giant octopus. I laughed my ass of at least 2/3 of the movie. The guy on the sub who was at the radar made the funniest faces I've ever seen in any movie.

It's a movie starring Bruce Campbell (as himself) being taken to a rural village where everyone thinks he's Ash from Army of Darkness. They try to have Bruce Campbell fight demons, and it sounds like an awfully awesome/awesomely awful movie.

I saw it on sy fy or whatever the channel calls itself these days. It is one of those awfully awesome/awesomely awful movies that only Bruce Campbell can do.

I liked it as well. They could have either made it semi-realistic, or chose to go with the talking animal stuff and everything, and they did good with the realism aspect with what they had. Like Bulma, the dragonballs, Piccolo, Chi-Chi, and Grandpa Gohan. Master Roshi was probably the best as far as show-accuracy. I didn't feel a lot of things were necessary though, like the mafu-bah thing they used to trap piccolo, and the ki could've been a little bit cooler. And they didn't need to describe it as "Air-bending." But the final kamehameha was cool, I liked the slow-motion stuff, and the dragonballs looked cool.
Complaints: GOKU IS A SAIYAN!!!! NOT PICCOLO'S DECIPLE THING!
THE DRAGON IS NOT A FLYING LIZARD!!!
Seriously, the dragon bombed. It was much more epic in the show, and I didn't see any reasoning behind changing him from Shenron to Shenlong, and changing his appearance. Flying lizard thing isn't anymore realistic than the original, and it's magical anyways. There's no point. I would've loved to see him take to the skies, say "It shall be done", and play the original DBZ score. That could've been a scene to remember! It makes me angry...
If the people who did the matrix did it, it would've been amazing. Remember what Neo did with the street pole? Imagine Goku with the power-pole beating Frieza's minions in sweet slow-motion. And a fight on Earth, like the final Matrix fight, but times 10 the speed, action, and explosions.

That was taken directly out of the series, including Roshi attempting and failing to use it.

They never said Goku was his disciple, though they DID say he was working with another Saiyan during his last rampage. Goku's backstory, being dropped onto the planet to act as a sleeper agent, is, again, taken directly from the series.

Well, a Dragon, by definition, is a flying lizard. And yes, it was always a flying lizard. (It was also much larger, but that's an acceptable change) While we're at it, "Shenron' was a mistranslation, not only was it meant to be Shenlong, (Which translates to "Spirit Dragon") but the concept of a dragon named Shenlong isn't even original to DB.

Goku going to school? Automatic FAIL. The giant monkey was a joke. I mean, it was supposed to be giant, but it was small in the movie.

Well, I stand corrected..I didn't know the mafu-bah whatever was from the series....I don't really remember Dragonball that much to be honest. As for Shenron though, it's not exactly the complaint of a flying lizard....it's just that's not how he looked in the show. Like I said, no reason for changing his appearance. There's no need to put sense into him being like "real" dragons, because then you're excepting that it's possible for a dragon to come out of 7 magical orbs. If that's not real, then the dragon doesn't have to be real. I don't know, I was just extremely disappointed at him, it could have been so cool.
As for Goku's backstory, he was dropped on Earth to destroy it, but not to turn into the oozaru on his 18th birthday or anything like that. Also, Piccolo shouldn't know about it either if he was of Sayain roots, unless I'm forgetting something. I'm pretty sure Piccolo never met the oozaru at all...never terrorized Earth with him or anything.

I'm talking only for the action sequences/coreography, the story would already be established and everything. I think the Matrix action sequences are some of the best ever, to apply the same style to DBZ seems perfect to me. Again, not the story, editing, music, or whatever else you might not like.

The only real difference was that he was smaller. Otherwise he was still really similar to how he looked on the show. He was the typical depiction of a Chinese-styled Dragon, long and snake-like.

It stands to reason that if Piccolo was at one point teamed up with a Saiyan, then he either works for Frieza (Remember, alternate continuity) or was allied with the Saiyans. It would make sense that they sent another Saiyan who would be ready to become an Oozaru shortly after Piccolo's release. (In the movie continuity, Saiyans apparently only turn at the eclipse)

Luc Besson would be so much better for DB. He can tell a good story and have kick ass action scenes. Luc Besson is superior then the Wachowski brothers in every way possible.

The first Matrix had good action that would be great in a DBZ movie, the sequels had lousy action. It went from fast punches and smashing walls to flips, wrist grabs, and an overuse of slow-mo.
