Picked up Crosshairs and Drift this weekend, woo!! They were the last two of that wave of deluxes at the store. Tons of TLK Hot Rod left though, and TR Overlord, TR Blitzwing and Octone, and TR deluxe Triggerhappy, Twinferno, Krok, and Quake.

Drift needs more paint overall (bot and alt mode) but I think Crosshairs will be harder as I'm going to have to match that green to paint onto his currently all silver feet! Still excited though.

Nice! Crosshairs looks better than his AOE toy for sure, and while I like Drift's alt mode, his bot mode leaves much to be desired

Unrelated to the paint job, red suites Drift better than blue. I enjoy transforming the previous mold, but it looks like ass.

Hows the backpack on Redrift look? Do all the swords peg into it like Bluedrift? And finally a question that neither of us can answer, which is the better mold?

The swords sorta plug in. There's some ports on the rear bumper that probably should hold the swords but don't do a great job. I may add some floor polish on the ports so the posts from the swords peg better.

Ah yes. Good old Mike Haggar. They don't make 'em like that anymore.

So what else is new? Anyone want to buy a whole bunch of bots so I can make way for the new bots?! :lol:

So on Monday I had this guy with me. I recently filled in more silver on his face, his eye area looked super dead when light piping wasn't active, looks slightly better now.

Then on Tuesday and Wednesday I had this guy with me. Fun bot. Transformation is clever, posability isn't super hindered for the most part (shoulders only really). And it's nice to have the light and dark side of Rodimus.

And then yesterday I had this guy with me, and I'm really leaning towards getting the Reprolabels set just to get labels that stick on fully. I can't tell you how many times I've pressed the ones on his trailer back down in to place. It also makes me want to track down a G2 Laser Prime for cheap! I know they had that eHobby reissue that was pretty nice, but didn't have the Autobot logos on the disks. That would be the version I want, plus disks from the OG :lol:

And today I also have a bot here! Can't reveal it yet though.

What up errybody? Been a few.

Here's the updates from the last few days.

Had Road Rage in here last week. Fun stuff!! For whatever reason things seemed to tab together much better in the shoulder region, thus making her more fun ;)^

And then I did flying alt mode for the first time!

And then I had RotF deluxe Brawn in the office. That's a fun bot. Two left fists though :lol:

Thursday had Thrilling 30 legend class Optimus w/Roller.

Friday I brought along RiD Bumblebee, with a sidearm from Bisk.

THEN! The weekend!

I saw these guys for the first time in the wild.

And the next day was the really cool stuff!!

So my little girl was adamant that she wanted to get me the "biggest Unicron we can get". At least that's what she said to my wife who then asked me if I knew where one was available as she could only find the reissues for a few hundred bucks. I said I'd check BBTS, and they had the 2016 Platinum Edition in stock. I had $80 credit so he only ended up being $54 after shipping!! The Breath of the Wild soundtrack is errything. All the musics. I love it. 5 discs, and of course, Japanese exclusive!! I had it playing all day yesterday. The MLP character Cheese Sandwich was so I could play MLP with my little girl as "my own pony"

She then proceeded to not let me play as him while planet Unicron was coming. :lol:

And then the Autobot funfetti cake. Easily one of my top birthdays ever!! :michaelbay:

As I mentioned to you guys before, the gold plastic worries me. He's beautiful though and tons of fun!! All I really have to do with him is add some friction to his wings.

Yeah, all the bots all the time. Road Rage has really grown on me, there's a lot of subtlety to her setup and things really fall in to place where they should in all three modes.
