And yes, they ARE all different!! BUT!! I prefer the "Headmasters" cartoon look, and if I'm gonna get them, that's the way I gotta go. Takara Legends Fortress Maximus is already ordered, so I'll stick with Takara Legends for the rest. I didn't think they'd be that hard to get!!

Those Tak deluxe prices are a little ouchy. I thought the imports normally retailed for about the same as in NA. But then again TRU retails deluxes at $23 and has a sale at $19, WTF TRU?

And yeah, the "sale price" is still more expensive than the "Everyday Low Price" at Target and Walmart, I still love TRU though :-D

I'm not a fan of they way modern TRUs are laid out. I was at one a few weeks ago just outside of New Orleans that was laid out the same way as our old TRU (it moved across town) was 15+ years ago. I kinda got "lost" just browsing the aisles. It was great. ;)^

I regularly visit four different TRUs and they're all laid out the same. Maybe it was just the novelty of having to find what I wanted. It just reminded me of our old store.

You know what I really miss? The way the game section was laid out in the mid to late 90s. Where you could look at he flip cards and had to take a slip the to he front to get a game... good times!

TRU = Sad
All around. Prices. Stock. Customer service. The place used to be an oasis, now it's a chore. When I first moved here I elated to find there was TRU 1/2 a mile from my house. Year later? Closed due to a real estate dispute/city politics. The other two stores are very inconvenient.

That is sad about your TRU situation Cobro. And yeah, I'd like to paint Apollyon's face so it has some separation from his helmet.

Also, two sections that hold pins broke on MP5 yesterday! That's why I posted the pic. I actually almost had him fully transformed. For the first time ever. And the barrel section and chamber/slide section broke. What. The. Funk.

It does automatically add them. I've never added the promo things and I always end up with them. It's per $25 you spend too, I don't think I've ever spent more than $55 or so at a time before shipping and I've always received them.

I do like that CW Optimus Prime set, I've had it on mine since last summer! The CW Megatron set is amazing too. That guy looks perfect with them. Tank and bot mode are incredible. I do like the raised symbols, I have them on Six Sigma and Scamper :KREMZEEK:

Also, y'all mother flippers see that Bold Forms Dark Emperor Gladius? I knew it was around, but I stopped paying attention for some reason. Now I'm super interested again after my recent Megatron escapades. I also got the pre-order notification from TFSource on DX9 Mightron, which looks pretty nice too.
