Predaking is not a gestalt in Prime. He's one guy.

I would rather see the Predocons their leader Razorclaw or Razor I foget which they had a feud of sorts with Springer in G1. So I hope they havent changed to much from G1 such as my beloved Dinobots and Grimlock better say "ME GRIMLOCK KICK BUTT" but I have a gut feeling this Grimlock will be diffrent from Animated version or his G1 version everything in Prime is diffrent. This isnt a bad thing this is an awesome thing being a G1 where my 30th anniversary will be on 2014 also TF 4s release date I wanna see more of Prime. I love all this new stuff it uses the same names from the old but they are nothing like the old. I love this it makes Prime its own deal.

This is where I point out that the Prime Predacons homage the G1 Terrorcons/Horrorcons (in that...well a few of them actively homage them, like Twinstrike) more than anything. Obviously, even though they're blatantly Terrorcons, the name was given to the Dark Energon zombies, so they become Predacons by default. Not to mention that there's precedent for naming beast alt-mode "Decepticons", Predacons.

Actually, I always like how many characters in Prime are portraited in completly new way. For me, any time new universe is created, they should create at least a few characters from the beggining. In Prime few character are completly different than they previous counterparts and this make show far more interesting than for example Animate.Rodimus2006 wrote:So I hope they havent changed to much from G1 such as my beloved Dinobots and Grimlock better say "ME GRIMLOCK KICK BUTT" but I have a gut feeling this Grimlock will be diffrent from Animated version or his G1 version everything in Prime is diffrent. Probably the same way Arcee can transform at all, and she's at least twice the size of her own alt-mode.

Also, David Willis had this to say: http://www.shortpacked.com/2012/comic/b ... ng/ransom/
*sigh* So the Decepticon cast is down to Megatron, Starscream, Soundwave, and Knock Out now. And a bunch of Vehicons, Jet Vehicons, and Insecticons. Sure, next season introduces the Predacons, but I really wish we had more named characters. And I hope we get an Insecticon toy over here.

Same goes for Bulkhead, most noticeable because of the six-or-seven-foot wheels.

Or...just about any character.

It's becuase the animators didn't bother to alter Megatron's altmode CG model to remove the cannon and/or incorporate the new arm.njb902 wrote:Sabrblade wrote:He doesn't have it (except in altmode for some reason). They should use Starscream's cloning machine on him. Then Megatron would have all the loyal servents he could ask for.

He'd need raw protoforms in order to complete the cloning process. I don't think Megatron or Starscream has spare protoforms lying around.

Perhaps they're all individuals on the inside and they're wearing a "uniform?"

But are all the Steves made from protoforms...or mass produced some other way? I mean, if they are made from protoforms, why not just pull a Starscream and infinitely clone...Megatron, for instance. I mean, he'd have to pull a G1 and nerf his clones, of course.
But that hasn't happened, which suggests to me that the Vehicons AREN'T made from protoforms, and they're created some other way. And that brings me to this:
In Beast Machines, for example, Megatron has HUGE factories dedicated to churning out Vehicon after Vehicon. I suspect the Nemesis must house a scaled down version of such a facility, though I can't help but feel there are better uses of the spare Energon reserves than cannon fodder...

Yea, there are many size-related grievances, so many that we kinda take them for granted. My favorite happened in the beginning five-parter, when Bulkhead ran inexplicably fast for his size
