The Pokémon Discussion Thread

While the other was about a new game, this one is about showing off your active roster of Pokemon. This can be on any game (Which is good for those who still have their GameBoys), Just tell us the game, name, species, level, and moveset. Hopefully enough people will post to make this a decent thread (Where's Blurrz when you need him? I see Jasmine peeking out from his avatar).
I'll start off:
SoulSilver Version
#1: RHODES the MEGANIUM
Lv. 61
Magical Leaf
Body Slam
Aromatherapy
Frenzy Plant
#2: CIRRUS the LUGIA
Lv. 58
Hydro Pump
Fly
Extrasensory
Punishment
#3: BLICK the DITTO
Lv.47
Transform
#4: SALAZAR the shiny GYARADOS
Lv. 41
Hydro Pump
Aqua Tail
Surf
Waterfall
#5: BORIS the FERALIGATR
Lv. 36
Strength
Crunch
Surf
Hydro Cannon
You may also post any other game-related wins and losses, favorite catches, or your most liked Pokemon.
Until then!

Porygon Z:
lvl 100
Nature: Modest
Move set:
Hyper Beam
Nasty Plot
Tri attack
Dark Plot
I EV trained the hell outta him, so it'll one hit an EV trained Blissey with the right combo. I ain't mad at that!! My only beef with it is that he has the Download ability, rather that the Adaptability.
Once I have a full team rostered up I'll post them!
Any one have many shiny pokemon out there?

It's not a competitive moveset, I know, but Gardevoir really isn't built for competitive play anyway. She will be getting 'Psychic' back for Black and White though.
Gaze upon her glorious countenance.

Well I did beat him the first time in killer fashion. This was the second battle, he knew my team already... and he decided to record. *facepalm* Oh well, I think he's one of those guys who don't train his Pokemon legitly.

I'm just kidding...
Unfortunately, the last few months I'm working on my thesis diploma and I don't have enough to time to play SS...I hope when B/W comes out I'll be able to give it the time it will deserve..!
I saw some interesting teams in this thread but I won't give up battling with my favorite Dragons!

If you play Platinum you get a Porygon for free. Either that or you can use a program to predict Voltorb Flip..or just trade.
I'm a huge pokemon fan. I have been since 98. Transformers isn't the only thing I obsess over lol. I have an account on Serebii Forums of the same name I have here, if anyone has an account there. and yes my username is partially a reference to Tyranitar, my favorite pokemon.
Anyway I have a youtube account where I post pokemon videos if anyone is interested. http://www.youtube.com/user/Lucario42586 (feel free to friend me:) )
I'm currently replaying soul silver (bought a second game cause I didn't have the heart to restart my first). So I'll give my team from that.
Dragonite, Parasect, Stantler, Donphan, Arbok, and Shellder.

It's really nothing like Seibertron at all... Which is weird to me because I would have thought a Pokémon board would be super friendly by virtue of being a Pokémon board...

Yeah, don't even start with that place. I prefer Bulbagarden Forums. Even then I don't bother with Pokemon Forums... It's a video game and If I really need any help I can just look at Bulbapedia. It's good for news too. I don't watch the cartoon so there's no point in joining in discussion there - and if I really really want to fight someone in Pokemon, then I'll go into their IRC Chat, but really I find the Pokemon community pretty dull..

You know a forum is trouble if 90% of the threads have been locked, within 2-3 posts even!
Anyway, my in-game team... never numbers more than 5 (#6 is always an HM 'mon) and usually breaks up/retires after the Elite Four.

Yeah, as of late its been interesting. I've been in lurk mode there. Serebii is also being a bit of a ass with these supposed starter Evolutions that look super fake, but that's neither here nor there.
PLDH.net has a cool community, but Bulbagarden is cool too.

Anyhow, my games(even FR and E) are to the point of erasing themselves now so I can't play them so much very enjoyably...
My favorites tend to be the Dinosaur-ish guys, too bad they usually get bad stats or terrible weaknesses...
I tend to have my own sort of...rules on the Pokemon universe, odd ones like Parasect still being...alive...
I guess it keeps me sane or something...

Did you know you could get one from Dragon's Den at Lv. 17? If you answer some questions from the old guy in the temple, the next time you visit him he'll give you a Dratini (If you answer them compassionately, it'll have the move Extremespeed).
