agreed. on WWE.com yesterday they had the whole front page of him like they did to Eddie. But now that they think he did it they took it all off. I don't think WWE wants to show a presumed killer on there site. But he was a legend you know? He should get the respect he gets

I'm going to wait until the autospy results are made public (probably Wednesday or Thursday) before jumping to any conclusions.

Autopsy results could be today. It's toxicology reports that take a week to come around should they be needed.

It could be today because they are conducting the autopsy at 10 am. So it already happend. Just getting everything organized will take it a bit longer

This just doesnt add up...........Why would Chris kill his wife and his son?. It simply makes no sense to me, unless she threatened him with divorce.......Or if she cheated, that be threason, if she was the love of his life. But Son?. That doesnt add up. Seems to me its not Benoit who did it.

Right now with all the information before me on this I must say I hate this. This is horrible. I don't like where this could be headed either. Me and some friends have been talking today. We think we could possibly be witnessing the beginning of the end of professional wrestling. I hope not but it is a possibility if you think about it.

Pro Wrestling had nothing to do with this. The Press is so hellbent on slapping a reason associated with wrestlers on this. Hence the "Steroids" question barrage in the press conference.

Pro Wrestling will survive. The WWE has cracked down on roids and pain killers. According to WWE Beniot was tested on April 10th and the results were negative. Also this was no act of rage. It sounds planned out. I hate to believe the facts but I do. Something had to have made him do this and to plan it out.

WWE Chairman Vince McMahon will apologize for the three-hour USA Network tribute to pro wrestler Chris Benoit that aired Monday night, sources said.

The WWE and USA Network have received complaints about the tribute, which was hastily produced after Mr. Benoit, his wife and their son were found dead in their Georgia home Monday afternoon.

Authorities said Tuesday that Mr. Benoit strangled his wife and suffocated his son, then took his own life. But WWE and network officials were unaware of the circumstances of Mr. Benoit’s death when the tribute was assembled, sources said.

The WWE canceled its regularly scheduled “Monday Night RAW” event on USA Network Monday night and aired the tribute in its place.

Mr. McMahon will address wrestling fans tonight on Sci Fi Channel’s live Extreme Championship Wrestling event. He also plans to address speculation that Mr. Benoit’s actions were the result of steroid use.

The WWE plans to resume its regular wrestling telecasts, which air on USA Network, Sci Fi Channel and the CW.

Tna wrestling also pulled its condolences from its website.
Its sad that Chris Benoit is now pretty much a pariah that no one can be accosiated with.

Yeah well, even so............we wont know what the tezt messages were, or who they were send to, mainly because thats a private thing, and cell phone companies wont disclose it to anyone, unless its the Goverment investigators. And that said, that also can mean someone else was involved, or at least knew or could suspect what Benoit was up to. See VP, we agree on some things, Lmao, thats the kewl part about this whole sad thing............

Yep and it adds to how weird this whole thing is.

On a lighter note and an attempt to move this thread away from the Beniot tragedy. Did anyone watch ECW last night? It was one of their best shows. I thought Cena and Nitro put on a good match. Cena actually used some new moves. Also the CM Punk and Burk 2 out of 3 falls match was good as well.

Ern..all the evidence says it's him. there was no sign of anyone else being in there, no forced entry and little sign of struggle other than the blow to the back of his wife's head. There were only three people in the house, Chris, his wife and his son.

The text messages he sent to Chavo and whoever the other person was instructed them where to find them and about their dogs. He probably sent them shortly before he hung himself.

I know it's hard and I know you don't want to believe it but....it was him. It couldn't have been anyone else.

Well it all certainly points to him. He was the strongest from the whole fasmily. Beeing the best technical wrestler also points to him. Altough it be possible for His wife to strangle him, altough that is less possible.Maybe she hated him for the abuse, and hated the son cause it was his?.One way or another. Well lets get back to normal action "Wrestling". Vengence was good. Altough I expected Cena to Loose to either Orton, or laschley. Melina was bound to loose anyway, and I am happy that Candice won. Hardy's didnt win, and Battista flunked his match badly.Edge got his arse whooped though. I might differ from all, but I rather see Battista wear the belt, than Edge. Dont like the Opportunist.

Benoit aside for a moment, I love how Nitro gets a big push by winning the ECW title at Vengance, then gets the wind ripped from his sails Tuesday Jobbing for Cena.

I mean could you just killed all of his momentum.

What the hell was Cena even doing there? He's not ECW, and there was no fued to drag him there?
