I'm disappointed that it will be HBK vs Ric Flair at Wrestlemania. I wanted to see Sting vs Ric Flair instead.

Not Really. The last Flair Vs Sting match happened on the last nitro. Thats the way is was ended and should have ended. Sting vs. Flair in wwe would not have the impact that it had 10-15 years ago. Both men are at least 5-10 years past their prime.

Well, then who do you think should retire Flair? Politics and contracts aside, I can't see anybody better than Sting. Some people think that Flair should put over some up and coming star but to me, it's not a big feat for any up and coming star to beat an almost 60 year old Ric Flair. They try to make it seem like it's believable but really, it's not. It's just silly. Sting is one of the few remaining active wrestlers that was one of Flair's biggest rivals. I think it would be the most fitting to renew their feud one last time. To me, it's a more memorable moment then Shawn Michaels retiring Ric Flair. Another match could be Hogan vs Flair, but that's almost like a slap in the face to Flair.

But then to throw a twist on it, let Flair win the title and then have the winner of Money In The Bank come down to the ring and challenge in right there and beat him for the title.

Personally I don't care how it goes down as long as Flair retires. I love Nature Boy but it is sad for me to see him in the ring these days.

They'll always be people that complain. But I think it's different enough that people would accept it because they aren't doing it just to rehash the storyline, there's a different scenario with more things at stake. You would have 3 big things happening all at once. Flair wins the world title one last time, Flair is retired, a new champion is crowned who has never been a world champion before. Probably Kennedy or Hardy (possible heel turn) would be the MITB winner. The only reason this wouldn't work is because Triple H and Cena would not be in the main event match and they probably wouldn't like that. They could still have a Triple H/Cena feud without involving the title but I doubt they would do that.

I like the Hardy scenario cause the next night, HBK could come out to chew out Hardy for what he did to Flair and they could have a big feud.

Okay so I havent really kept up with wrestling since 2001, but I got a kick out of finding out Bret Hart will be in my tiny town's pavillion during the local Big Time Wresting event on March 1. the place is literally down the street from me. I have to help my sister move though..

So, Tuesday night I went to the ECW/Smackdown taping.

It was a total blast.

Kevin Thorn appeared in a dark match against Kofi Kingston using new trunks and a new hair style.

He looked great in the ring, but the new attire is terrible and unflattering.

He wears short underwear style tights that are purple with a thorny rose on his ass and then he wears the same style of boots/knee pads/kick pads or whatever they were he wore before, but they are purple with the same thorny rose design thats on his ass.

Kofi won unfortunately, but it was still a great match.

I can't believe the pop Miz got.

The only way I can justify it is because he's from Cleveland.

The entire night was filled with great matches though.

Chavo vs CM Punk was great.

My brother and I were the only two people cheering for poor Chavito, but when he won we got to rub it in people's faces
